Burfi Truffles I Fusion Diwali Sweet

Fusion desserts are the perfect way to surprise your guests this Diwali..Burfi Truffle is my take on the traditional Indian Barfi. It is #quick, #super easy to make and is #hasslefree.
This recipe is made with very basic ingredients which is easily available in the market. However, when it comes to the chocolate avoid using regular chocolate as it needs to be tempered instead use compound or couverture chocolate just to keep it hassle free.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp soft butter
¼ cup milk
1 cup milk powder
½ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
3/4th cup white/dark chocolate (check notes)
few nuts for garnish
