      Did you use cups measurement or weight measurement? Did you use couverture or compound chocolate?

    Dear Sushma.. I tried this for Diwali and it came out good.. But my chocolate layer was not white even though I added colour.. The contrast was missing. Otherwise suuper.....

    Ma'am do we have to keep the pan in the fridge (for 2 hours) after adding the second layer of milk powder burfi??

      Thank you.. Yes you can in that case you can also use coconut milk in place of milk for even more coconut flavour.. :) easily customizable..
