Well thanks for posting, i was going to try one of these as i have a particular job taking out some arched brickwork ( replacing 2 bricks that perished) and did not want to disturb or band about too much , i need to remove the mortar joint so they are good for that at least 👍🏻
I love the buzz of using a disc cutter without guard. Not only do you have it throw every spec of dust and chips all over your left wrist but you have the added joy of being able to carry your severed left hand with the clean right hand. While you’re at A&E you can have them Syringe out your nose and throat. Gloves might save you some blisters too.
good video but jeez dont you need to protect your ears and lungs? I know its a things, i also hate to constantly think about it but that plastic screen is not going to fix any problems
Yeah its rated higher then my old grinder. 'm not a person who cares about safety I do things far worse to my self deliberately. But thanks for the concern anyways. Take it easy
@@summittaedae2323 have you happened to ever tried one with a standard drill instead of an sds? You think a standard drill would be fine but slower to do a single hole one time? Or you think it's so much slower and so much harder it'd be worth the hundreds extra for the drill? And how expensive of a core bit should I expect to buy to do a single hole? Any recommended brands?
I know, I know. Been told by plenty of concerned people. I promise to not do it again To be fair I tried to not run the blade to fast but later off cam I did and it ripped the brazed teeth from the blade. It was so crappie I took it back and asked for a refund.
overated and over priced bosch blades. converted to usd the exact oem china bits which performs almost identically only cost me just around 4usd in asian market

Yeah there good for squaring corners ect and as a mortar rake but it didnt like cutting the blocks. Thanks for watching

Never done me no harm, maybe you should swap hands? 😜
@@smithbuilt Yet!
Your limbs, do what you want with them. I use mine to play with my grandchildren.
@@AaaaandAction awesome
If only they could syringe out that silica, they could get rid of 5he asbestos too!
It's a funny thing, you're All so observant but you fail to see I don't give a toss
4:43 the point of the video arrives. Thank you 😊.
Problem is not in the blade, problem is in your tool. That einhell saw is to weak for this kind of job. You will need professional tool.
Yep got one of them too but I like my 18v einhell tools. Thanks for watching
And with working technic. He should not "masturbate" with the machine. That's why a machine has a pivot adjustable shoe.

Yeah I really should I just constantly forget too
Jeez I feel what you are saying
Any chance on getting some information on the angle grinder? Which model is it? And is that a 230 mm blade?
To be fair I burnt it out now. But it was a GMC 9" but I had popped a 14" blade in it afew times worked wonders
I would have used grinder with Dimond blade all the way 💪
VERY dangerous blade installation on the grinder-no guards and is the blade rated for theRPM of the grinder?
Yeah its rated higher then my old grinder. 'm not a person who cares about safety I do things far worse to my self deliberately. But thanks for the concern anyways. Take it easy
Osha gonna have a field day with this one....no guard on that widow-maker. jeez.
I know, tut tut.
Never heard them called that
So investing in Makita JR 3070 CT 👑 is the best at this time 👍
Most likely. To be fair I put it on the shelf and not touched it since
this is a fly ashe / gas block blade lol, not meant for hard rock like this
If you're right then that's why they didnt do so great. But there idea to square up corners.
Is there a way to cut a perfect circle through a brick chimney for stove pipes?
Yeah use an SDS drill with a large hole borer.
@@smithbuilt there any need for SDS if it's just an abrasive borer? Can you get by with a standard drill and cut slower?
SDS drills have a clutch so if it binds you dont break you're wrist but a standard high power drill might be okay, you can only but try
Core cans bud.

2:06 i wonder where all that dust goes...
I hold my breath...?
No guard on the saw what a melon 😮
Guard? On a reciprocating saw...?hmmmm
@@smithbuilt the grinder you melon
Why not just go all the way with the angle gringer? I know "the dust" but there are measures. For example; water, vacume/fan or an idiot.
I couldn't plunge all the way though. But in the end that's what I did I cut from both sides. Thanks for watching
It’s probably meant for cutting thermalite blocks.
The label did say concrete blocks and bricks but yeah I think it's only good for either thermolights or raking out mortar.
Squaring off the corners, about all that is good for.
Yeah I didn't rate this blade at all. Better off with a hammer and bolster
Iron lung 😵💫
Thanks for watching 🎭
I think it's so slowly
Yep very slow
A bit of education on silica dust and dangers of the disk grabbing without a guard on 🤦♂️
Yeah, yeah I know. It's been said plenty of times. Thanks for watching 🤗
Dude are you trying get silicosis?
Cmon.. That sawzall is so slow that the last proton in the universe will decay by the time you finish cutting.
I know, I know. Been told by plenty of concerned people. I promise to not do it again

any way thank you to help me to save my $ I never will buy this S*****
I was very disappointed with it.
No respirator, no I got on the machine, no common sense.
Or perhaps I have mental illness that stops me from caring about my own wellbeing.
@@smithbuilt Yep - and then there is that. Remember this conversation!
