Seshhh, beautiful work! Stopped me in my tracks.
Definitely not the aspect ratio i was expecting when i saw "2x Anamorphic". This is really cool, great work!
fr, they went vertical with the 2x I believe
beautiful work 😍 lovely lighting, composition, & color!!
lovely work!
Hey Brian, I'm really inspired by your work and binge-watching your videos. I too am having the bmpcc4k with the sigma 18-35mm.. I'm looking for more range but constently going back and forth multiple lenses like the sigma 50-150 2.8 os, tamron 35-150 vc osd, sigma 50-100 1.8 and more.. All of them have different pros and cons (focus breathing, aperture, weight, OS...) Which lens between 35 to 200mm have you been using the most for your productions and why ? (If you've got some time to share your experience) Thank you and have a great day :)
Oh man! The 50-100 1.8 is my favorite look wise out of the options but pretty damn heavy for some usages.
I haven’t used the 35-150 in a while but when I owned that I loved it! Besides that on most productions I have been leaning a bit towards primes recently but out of those three the 50-100 is my fav.
Thanks for your answer Brian ! Have you ever got bothered by the focus breathing or lack of optical stabilisation with a cinema camera that don't have the tools embed to compensate with it ?@@brian.durkee
I've seen work around for both like for stabilisation adding weight, gimbals and practice basically and for focus breathing usings keying in post production or having movement in the image to blend it for the viewer but how restrictive is it for certain productions
@@alexisferrenbach Will just depend on the project! Sometimes a Sony mirrorless with all its features built in will be 100x better than a proper cinema camera, and sometimes not. Just comes down to using your discretion for what tool is right for that specific job. :)
