The cargo area caused his motion sickness. It's caused by not being able to see the motion happening around you. It throws your senses off and makes some people sick. When I was younger if I bent over to tie my shoe while a car was moving I'd be nauseous by the time I lifted back up.

Brian could have died from just being upside down in that crate. John Joes died in the Nutty Putty Cave in Utah after being stuck head down for 28 hours.
Brian was lucky to be alive after being upside down for 22 hours AND making a complete recovery. Ruth's story is outstanding! I would never put being in trouble with the law on my bucket list. My bucket list is very short, play all my video games, visit the Great Wall, and see the ice sculptures in Harbin.
The church event did happen, and it was profiled both on _Unsolved Mysteries_ and on an episode of _Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction_ . Sixteen people all "delayed"... and the irony is that one hymnal survived intact from the explosion.. and the member who found it kept it.
Imagine getting shipped to a different country, then you go back, then you go halfway across the world, then there's an emergency landing and back to where you started because the pilot forgot to lock up his house, then to London, and then FINALLY get to your destination, all without being loaded out of the plane(s). You'd be motionless by the time you're finally out of the plane.

I have 2 unbeliveable stories. There was one time my father was telling me a story of something that happened in his childhood. He said that some "friends" were throwing rocks at him (baseball sized ones). He said one of them flew inches away from his head. He then turned around to see what was happening. Another of the rocks was coming towards him so he dodge it. If he didnt turn around he wouldnt see daylight for the rest of his life. thankfully he could thought because he dodged that one last rock. This other story is more rough and recent. As it turns out my mother works in fedex a company where they deliver packages to people who buy them. My mother drives those big trucks they use(not the long trucks) for the packages. So 3 days ago my mother was working when she suddenly SLAMMED her thumb on the sliding heavy doors. The doors could have chopped her thumb in halve or fracture it badly. But no she said it just bounced back. She said it did hurt but she said that it should have hurt more. She said that an angel was there to protect her. (She is Christian)That is both the stories i have.
Ruth's daughters would have at least been 60 years old, (That's assuming ruth gave birth at 40.) Her kids would have been in no shape to jump up and fight...let alone Ruth! (but? Go Ruth!)

I've had a few people asking how?? If she was eating it it would be excruciating etc... but Dr. Chan from Toronto General Hospital explained that my mom probably choked while eating and it went down the "wrong tube". Like the man in the story my mother also had emphysema/COPD so her lungs weren't good to begin with. We also thought she had lung cancer on top of it..and were ecstatic to hear the weird yet wonderful news that Dr. Chan was able to remove it!! The COPD unfortunately did take her a few years after the pea removal!!
Plot twist, the choir wanted to kill the reverend, so they leaked the gas out, they lied about where they were, than hoped he the reverend would show up and die
I heard about this story decades ago, and only recently did I consider the possibility that the reverend destroyed the church building on purpose to collect insurance money, and everyone in the choir was in on the scheme. Part of the plan would've been to gain a lot of good publicity---a lot of good media attention for their congregation, and sympathy donations. It's a big stretch, but is it even possible?

I know this is such an old video, and no one will see this, but I have to tell mine, so, I was laying in bed and suddenly I felt something playing with my hair. for context, I put my hair in a braid every night before bed due to a dumb childhood fear, the strands that i felt moving were in the middle of the braid. Yeah, yeah. Late. I know. Alright. Here’s my story: Picture this. It’s a summer afternoon. Your dad yells “Come on! Get dressed! We’re going on a bike ride!” You yell back “Okay! I’m coming!” That’s what happened to me and my family, including my father, mother and sister. For their sake, I will not say names. So, now that you get the idea, lets really get to the juicy stuff. I’m in my room, waiting for my dad to come and get me. I hear the screeching of tires, followed by a bang. “C-ca-car crash!” I manage. I rush down the stairs to see my dad, then my sister following. We see my dad’s parked car now in the middle of the street with the trunk ruined. I live by a doctors office and the receptionist came back from a long day of work to see her car scratched. The older man said he blacked out. Then said he was reaching for a book falling of his dashboard. My father’s minivan? Ruined beyond repair considering that it was in park, though, luckily, no one was in it. That man was okay. We had 10 police cars and an ambulance and fire truck. Fun? Nope! I recall a volunteer firefighter that was at a nearby diner. He was so excited because the rear light was working! The little kids that were our neighbors asked “Are we gonna be on the news?” We weren’t. Well, my dad gone a van. That was a few months ago. Last summer. It’s October 2022. FYI: we DIDN’T go on that bike ride. 😅 Thanks! I hope, maybe, this could be in a future installment. My common nickname is Kate. TY!

To this day, I remember a segment of Sesame Street where one of the characters was scared that if he swallowed a seed, a plant might grow inside him. He was told it was impossible, which was a HUGE relief for my tiny self. I was terrified of it happening because Clementines and satsumas often had seeds you couldn't see. Now, a depressing number of years later, I find out it's not impossible? It's a good thing citrus fruits don't agree me these days.

@@LikaLaruku no it was a fully cooked pea that sprouted unless 1 pea out of all the peas in the pot didn't get cooked! Like the man in the story she also had emphysema so I don't know if that was a factor. The doctor that did the surgery said she wasn't his 1st patient!!

I've had a few people asking how?? If she was eating it it would be excruciating etc... but Dr. Chan from Toronto General Hospital explained that my mom probably choked while eating and it went down the "wrong tube". Like the man in the story my mother also had emphysema/COPD so her lungs weren't good to begin with. We also thought she had lung cancer on top of it..and were ecstatic to hear the weird yet wonderful news that Dr. Chan was able to remove it!! The COPD unfortunately did take her a few years after the pea removal!!
Plot twist, the choir wanted to kill the reverend, so they leaked the gas out, they lied about where they were, than hoped he the reverend would show up and die

I heard about this story decades ago, and only recently did I consider the possibility that the reverend destroyed the church building on purpose to collect insurance money, and everyone in the choir was in on the scheme. Part of the plan would've been to gain a lot of good publicity---a lot of good media attention for their congregation, and sympathy donations. It's a big stretch, but is it even possible?

I have heard of the story regarding the church explosion on another program and it was nice to hear from you as well because of the way it happened and the way in which it was told. But the best story and a good laughter was the old lady. I really got a kick out of this. Do you think that you could find more stories similar to this?

I know this is such an old video, and no one will see this, but I have to tell mine, so, I was laying in bed and suddenly I felt something playing with my hair. for context, I put my hair in a braid every night before bed due to a dumb childhood fear, the strands that i felt moving were in the middle of the braid. I, tired, literally said in the most nonchalant way ever, " I'm trying to sleep, can you please stop playing with my hair?" AND MY HAIR STOPPED MOVING!!! no one believes me, but I swear it's true, and nothing messed with my hair since.

Yeah, yeah. Late. I know. Alright. Here’s my story: Picture this. It’s a summer afternoon. Your dad yells “Come on! Get dressed! We’re going on a bike ride!” You yell back “Okay! I’m coming!” That’s what happened to me and my family, including my father, mother and sister. For their sake, I will not say names. So, now that you get the idea, lets really get to the juicy stuff. I’m in my room, waiting for my dad to come and get me. I hear the screeching of tires, followed by a bang. “C-ca-car crash!” I manage. I rush down the stairs to see my dad, then my sister following. We see my dad’s parked car now in the middle of the street with the trunk ruined. I live by a doctors office and the receptionist came back from a long day of work to see her car scratched. The older man said he blacked out. Then said he was reaching for a book falling of his dashboard. My father’s minivan? Ruined beyond repair considering that it was in park, though, luckily, no one was in it. That man was okay. We had 10 police cars and an ambulance and fire truck. Fun? Nope! I recall a volunteer firefighter that was at a nearby diner. He was so excited because the rear light was working! The little kids that were our neighbors asked “Are we gonna be on the news?” We weren’t. Well, my dad gone a van. That was a few months ago. Last summer. It’s October 2022. FYI: we DIDN’T go on that bike ride. 😅 Thanks! I hope, maybe, this could be in a future installment. My common nickname is Kate. TY!

To this day, I remember a segment of Sesame Street where one of the characters was scared that if he swallowed a seed, a plant might grow inside him. He was told it was impossible, which was a HUGE relief for my tiny self. I was terrified of it happening because Clementines and satsumas often had seeds you couldn't see.
Now, a depressing number of years later, I find out it's not impossible? It's a good thing citrus fruits don't agree me these days.
