Two wheeler threatens car for honking at him

- Two wheeler here took an illegal U turn, using phone and blocked the oncoming traffic when the car had green signal. The two wheeler got really angry when the car driver honking at him continuously. Because of the honking by car driver, the two wheeler continued to block the road by deliberately going slower. He later went on to threaten the car driver for just honking at him. Car driver complained to the police as per the car driver and the police have warned the two wheeler and let him go.
What would you do in this case? Would you continuously honk at the two wheeler?

Without audio it's difficult to say who's at fault, but at the starting of the video, it's pretty clear that it is two wheeler's mistake, cutting lanes perpendicularly with talking someone on the phone. Car guy must be honking to teach him lesson but as said in the video, if it's continuous honk then that's not right. Take a pic of the two wheeler guy, number plate, file a complaint and let the law decide what needs to be done.

It's totally fault of two wheeler guy, no traffic sense, no common sense, talking on mobile and reckless driving. I wonder how the police let him off with just a warning. The vehicle should be seized and penalty has to be charged. Only if the rules is stringent then these kind of incidents won't happen. This is ridiculous and law is just a joke in our country. Feeling pity for the coming generations. This is what happens when uneducated people getting driving licences through bribes.
This happens quite more than often. I was stuck in a frustratingly long traffic jam and an uncle with a scooter in front of me was continuously on his phone talking to someone. He was deliberately slowing down due to lack of focus on the road, and when i honked at him (not at a stretch), he started hurling abuses at me as the honks 'disturbed' his what seemed like a million dollar phone call. Lol.

Though myself a four wheeler driver, I have seen many of them especially SUV drivers honking at others aggressively, wanting to show off that the road is owned by their grand father's and everyone should yield to them. But in this case the two wheeler also is in fault. People nowadays don't seem to know anything called defensive driving.

@@ThirdEyeDudePrivate conversations get recorded unwantedly. Also people keep constantly asking us to not record the voices cause it's violating their privacy, be it an office employee or your relatives. Can't even say no coz it's discomforting & awkward after that.

Car owner was definitely honking a daily commuter can handel horn attacks pretty much everytime this car person was triggered cause they cut him off and he also deleted the audio so he could get some goof validation from a random youtube channel i encounter many idiots having dash cams i leave them with a gentel middle finger pooking 😂 they think they look smart and safe from road rage having a dash cam they don't know it takes only 1 royal Enfield owner to destroy their whole ego and dash cam , btw i follow rules and im not a royal Enfield owner so also ive seen more car people on phone than bike people on phone. Im not being jealous or a karen but seriously office people heading to their 10km office commute and using a whole house sized SUV all alone doesn't make any sense if all of these car people start using bikes instead of cars for daily commute note* daily commute maybe the traffic won't feel that frustrating. Again im not jealous or acting like a karen just look at japan they are making bomb cars and bikes but they won't sell it if you don't have a personal parking lot , remember Tokyo drift what is that parking you think? Its a whole big building just for cars in which people buy slots to park their cars.
People now have money to spend on big cars and government is well aware of this, these are the same people who cry on taxes on cars when they are the one utilising major part of a public road and still cry for not paying a lower amount of tax.

Don’t know if honking continuously is okay or not. But these idiots on scooter , who can neither value their own lives nor others should be properly punished. So stupid of him to cut off the car driver all while riding and talking on phone. ( isn’t that against the law ?) why just a warning ? It is exactly the reason y drivers get frustrated.

I don't support un necessary honking which is common in Bangalore Roads...Once I ask a guy who was continously honking the reason why he is doing so..his answer was...😊...because it has become a habbit that they themselves are unaware that they are pressing the horn button while driving...like a daily process of breathing...😝😝😝😝
