Good stuff. Nice to see different techniques. Looking forward to seeing the dry brushing, something I don’t do a lot of. Interested to see your tips on it. I have a tendency to over do it a bit.
As usual Frazer you make everything look so easy and simple.having a tried and tested painting style and keeping the different stages in precise order makes the troops come along more quickly. just enjoying your videos more and more.this one made a good bed time watch.cheers....👍
On my last painting ` session` I knockout my Agrax Earthshade with uncotrolled hand qiuck move so holding the pot with bluetack is a good way to avoid loosing treasure liquied haha- I guess we all splushed washes around our painting table site right ? - 2nd part also as good as 1st one - keep going with a good work :)
Fascinating to see your process. As someone who's painted a lot of ACW figures over the years, I can say my method isn't very different- just don't quite get your results!
Hands and faces are the bits i do first of all and then paint outwards from there. Well all the black bits tend to come next, then silver drybrushing and then the clothes as i dont want dry brush silver over a uniform and have to fix it.
Interesting point that your uploads for the past few months have not appeared in my inbox, on either account. I subbed on both accounts, so no excuse for utube not to send me notification, i just assumed you'd been taking a rest :DDDDDD...all caught up now though...
I've been painting 30+ years and it's never occurred to me to stabilize paint pots with blue tac! A life-changing moment!
It was certainly a eureka moment for me!
Another excellent tutorial Frazer and the tip about blue tac is a stroke of genius for a clumsy sod like me😂
Can't beat a ball of blutac !
A lovley little paint along video VK. Thoroughly enjoyable
Thanks Cal

A true pleasure watching you work. After you are done what do you store your figures in.
Thanks for the comments. Store my figures in file boxes, you can see them behind me 👍
Great stuff - Nice camera set-up and editing!
Spielberg eat ya heart out!🙂
@@vonketteringham Really had you down as "Dicky" Attenborough!
This was an enjoyable one to listen to and sort of watch while painting. I like this series, thank you for sharing it!
Thanks Mate 😊

Great work; thank you for the tutorial! I am looking forward to paining up a Unit,
Thanks Michael
Enjoying your tutorial. Do you have an idea of how long the 30 figures will take you to do using the technique you are using?
Hopefully no longer than 3 weeks depending on real life stuff. 😊

I tend to secure the wash or paint pot by placing it in a sideways roll of tape. Keeps it from being knocked over for the hundredth time! Lol
Glad I'm not the only one!

Very nice work. Hope you can get back to your wargameing soon.
Seems ages!
THANK YOU BUDDY
Great stuff mate. Do you ever dilute the wash or always apply it straight from the pot? Cheers
I have on occasion, especially over white👍

That's strange, have missed quite a few of your vids too.🤔
@@vonketteringham , utube mind games again....
Nice video Frazer
Thanks Mate
When would you use a sephia wash?
Normally on browns, beige etc. A sepia wash can look rather muddy sometimes 👍
Audio’s a bit low mate. I’m at full volume on my i pad.
Hmm, not sure why that is!
