Kanye West Albums Ranked: 1. The College Dropout 2. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy 3. Late Registration 4. Graduation 5. 808s & Heartbreak 6. Kids See Ghosts 7. Watch The Throne 8. The Life Of Pablo 9. Donda 10. Cruel Summer 11. Ye 12. Yeezus 13. Jesus Is King
Barry Bonds was actually one of my favorites from graduation. Drunk n hot girls can go though. This album was his stadium music phase and he beat Goliath (50) in sales
MBDTF is a masterpiece, The Collage dropout was most definitely a game changer. What a starter. Who's debuting like this today ? NO ONE. Late registration is one the best sophomore album that can think of in hip hop. How do you follow a classic debut ? Kanye knew what to do and it got Gold Digger, Touch the sky, Diamonds from Sierra Leone (Especially the remix version with Hov) which are RECORDS. And Graduation had that stadium sound that set him apart from what was going in rap at the time. So many classic hits too from Can't tell me Nothing to Stronger, Flashing lights and Good life
TLOP is the only new Kanye album I listen to.....because of Real Friends , No More Parties and 30 Hours. I wish he would drop a whole album with that Real Friends and 30 hours sound. It sounds so nostalgic. On another note, I just realized he might be the only artist to not be on the cover of any of his albums. lol
Graduation and Yeezus are my favourite. When I heard Yeezus it sounded so futuristic but at the same time it something that I heard but never found before. The production is incredible, but I see why some people don’t love it.
Dark twisted fantasy I remember more from the roll out. Hard to remember it as a cohesive statement. But it's Kanye's 5th consecutive classic, because it showed he didn't fall off the deep end with 808s (before we realized the impact of that album)
1. TLOP 2. College dropout 3. MBDTF 4. Kids see ghosts 5. Donda 6. Graduation 7. Late registration 8. Ye 9. 808s 10. Yeezus 11. Watch the throne 12. Jesus is king
How did college drop out change the direction of a genre? It has to many bad skits and to many holes. The highs are high. but the lows are low. It's a great album because of the highs. Anyway, it didn't change the game like 808s. Or had impact like Get Rich or Die Trying, the Blueprint, Chronic 2001, The Chronic, Illmatic, Doggystyle, Life After Death, All Eyez on Me, or even Bone Thugs 1st 2 albums.
1. Late Registration - A+ 2. Graduation - A+ 3. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy - A+ 4. The College Dropout - A+ 5. 808s & Heartbreak - B+ 6. Watch The Throne - B+ 7. Kids See Ghosts - B+ 8. Yeezus - D (Blood On The Leaves, Hold My Liquor and New Slaves in my opinion saved this album by just a slight edge from being an F)
I never understood the hate for “YE”. I love that album. There’s not really a Kanye album I hate other than JIK. YE is an enjoyable album, not Kanye’s best rapping or production but the songs are good and catchy. Still love Violent crimes to this day
I don't get why many ppl have late registration so high. I like MDTF & Graduation better. Late Registration had to many skips for me. Way to many holes, way more than the other 2 for me.
@@oklol7799 I totally disagree. I rarely go back to late registration. Late registration is meh🤷🏿♂️. Consistent & coherent doesn't mean it's better. And coherent interms of what?
Well that was dumb of you lmao. Just move on from that. Literally some of his best songs are on Life of Pablo like No More Parties in LA or Saint Pablo.
Dude virtually no Kanye fan like the one you keep trying to make fun of exists. It just got annoying lol. Maybe for the MBDTF skit you made there are some

Your top 5 is spot on! Same top 5 I have! & If someone thought Late registration & MBDTF were 5 star albums I wouldn’t disagree!
Yeah, they're VERY CLOSE and it's hard to argue against that.
This is like the classic old head ranking of Ye albums but I respect it
I’m his age and I don’t agree either, but respect.
Late registration & college dropout set him aside from just being a rapping producer into a star in his own right
😆 you the man Ed love the rankings
I'd put 808s higher because it's a classic on impact alone, despite how much everyone begged him not to make it
yeah it's impactful, it's just not very good.
He isn't talking about impact, he is talking about how good the album was.
@@ETBowser only old heads say it’s not good

That Diamonds remix MY GOD. Jay went off.
Ye is the forgotten album. The GOOD Music album series did it a disservice... I literally don't remember any of it.
TLOP is the only new Kanye album I listen to.....because of Real Friends , No More Parties and 30 Hours. I wish he would drop a whole album with that Real Friends and 30 hours sound. It sounds so nostalgic.

I hated yeezus when I first listened to it, but accidentally came back to it like 2 weeks later and now it’s one of my favourites from his
We about to get to the good stuff
Graduation and Yeezus are my favourite. When I heard Yeezus it sounded so futuristic but at the same time it something that I heard but never found before. The production is incredible, but I see why some people don’t love it.
Donda

Mdtf/college dropout

Cruel Summer is cool but I don't know as a whole... but I'd definitely rank it near yeezus as the low end of the good albums or vice versa

808s being that low is literal insanity. Yeezus over it? 🤦🏾♂️
The fact ye is so low tells you how amazing this mans discography is, also my fav is late registration
His 2000’s output was unbeatable! Everything from “College Dropout” tonMBDTF are classics, and then I’m done!
How did college drop out change the direction of a genre? It has to many bad skits and to many holes. The highs are high. but the lows are low. It's a great album because of the highs.

And don't forget the seatbelt alert beat for clipse on Jesus is king
LOLOLOLOL
I agree with 1&2, graduation would have been number 3.
Agree with everything except I think Ye is a great album
And then the chick fila cemented it
I'd never say it to Kanye, but the Donda album was a waste of that album title
MBDTF is one of the best albums ever. In any genre
it's very, very good. But I've heard better. Including from Kanye.
Yeah man, you must be like 15-20 years old. Album is a B at best.
808 is incredible 0 skips
Yeezus is about half and half for me. It's the beginning of the end. The production on the better songs make you forget about the bad writing
That Kanye Stan is hilarious 😂
But I was still stubborn and needed the donda intro to turn me all the way off
cruel over yeezus...
We all here to see where he put MBDTF 😭
Yeezus is early Kanye's best album
watch the throne wasn't that good to me. But the production was better than the lyrics.
I never understood the hate for “YE”. I love that album. There’s not really a Kanye album I hate other than JIK. YE is an enjoyable album, not Kanye’s best rapping or production but the songs are good and catchy. Still love Violent crimes to this day
Nice
‘Water’ from JIK is amazing though
This list ain’t it bro 😂😂
bro why u puttin 808s so lowww
MBDTF > Late Registration
I couldn't fully get into watch the throne at the time but it's better than anything after for the most part
I don't get why many ppl have late registration so high. I like MDTF & Graduation better. Late Registration had to many skips for me. Way to many holes, way more than the other 2 for me.
L take. Late Registration is the most consistent album he has, and it’s very coherent. MBDTF has some big holes, and Graduation isn’t as amazing.
@@oklol7799 I totally disagree. I rarely go back to late registration. Late registration is meh🤷🏿♂️. Consistent & coherent doesn't mean it's better. And coherent interms of what?
@oklol7799 Honestly all his albums have holes in them. But The College Dropout is his most consistent album.
When Kanye said the bleached asshole line on Pablo, I knew it was a wrap for me as a Kanye fan
BIG FACTS
That songs so fire, Pablo’s one of his best
Well that was dumb of you lmao. Just move on from that. Literally some of his best songs are on Life of Pablo like No More Parties in LA or Saint Pablo.
Dude virtually no Kanye fan like the one you keep trying to make fun of exists. It just got annoying lol. Maybe for the MBDTF skit you made there are some
How was it annoying? I've seen actual Kanye fans act like this
Seems like with Kanye fans you either think Life of Pablo is his last good album or you don’t like it
