    Hi Christine! Thank you for your consistent content. What’s really helped me is what you say about increasing fiber. I’ve been adding more fiber through vegetables and it’s making a noticeable difference in how I feel and look. Thank you for all you do to educate your community!

    Thank you for the helpful information! Removing alcohol from my diet has been a game changer! I would use the giveaway for sticking up on fizzy waters, protein like chicken and shrimp and lastly fresh produce! ☺️

    I’ve been following for a minute and love the wealth of knowledge you share and have noticed a change in my weight loss journey. I’ve always been good about my fiber intake but recently had some hormonal imbalances so have taken it up a notch and started noticing my waist shrinking and the scale going down as well. Keep the golden nuggets coming. Thanks for the tips.

    Hi Christine! First of all, I would like to thank you for educating the community on how to eat better! I have been following you for a while, and all the advice you have given has been life changing, and your tips open my eyes 👀on what real nutrition is supposed to look like. I wish the schools would teach our kids the importance of healthy, balanced meals! I am currently trying to teach my child to do this, and I would use the grocery money to invest it to continue buying healthy meals to encourage my child to have healthy eating habits! Thank you for all you do! ❤️

    Thank you Christine! I turned down a free juicer because blending gets the skins and peels where a lot of the fiber is. Juicing is great for vitamins - most juicers leave out the fiber.
    An extra $100 for groceries would help us get more green veggies and healthy protein!

    Right now, the only thing getting me through is thinking very short term. I know if I stick to eating well today and not snacking tonight, I will feel better tomorrow.

    All of the gauge life supplements have been a changer! I've hit the bottom of my collagen and about to hit the bottom of my fiber. Thank you for producing life changing supplements! An extra $100 would def go back to gauge life for restocking 😂

    Hi Christine first of all thank you for your generosity. I know for me having this amazing gift will help me . I have been taking the gauges life fiber and it is wonderful but I would like to be able to add more fiber rich foods and more protein. Being macro type 2 I really would benefit from this greatly.     Question is it okay if I were to put half and half in my coffee? Or I would need to drink black coffee

      Cream in the coffee is fine as long as you keep it within your macros, personally prefer to eat my calories but its entirely up to you-

    Thank you for coming to us with your knowledge ❤ you always post the best stuff it’s like right on spot with stuff I’m suffering from like right now I’m dropping pounds here and there, but I’m noticing some very big changes. If it wasn’t for three kids I swear I’d have a six pack right now. I can feel it but I have that visceral fat. I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s called.

    Thank you first for all the wonderful information you give us. I would use the $100 to buy good quality protein. Currently I buy what I can based on my budget but the extra $100 would really help me buy good quality protein and high protein vegetables.

    Drinking calories is so sneaky! Especially when you are on the go amd think "oh its healthy" maybe it's better than fast food yes but calories add up.
