I was initially unconvinced by the Hendree design but this one really sells it to me. The weapons make so much more sense to me than the tiny shield stick thing the original Hendree had.
it really feels like the Heindree is a design purely made for show at Astacsssia, hence the antennae. Kind of disguising that these are just tools for putting down revolution behinf a knightly aesthetic
So far TWFM has constantly put out top tier kits. No duds yet
Mmmm i didnt like the demi trainer kits, so borring of a design, the demi barding is better, but still lacking

the biggest issue with bandai action bases is that you gotta spend 20 minutes clipping it out and building it. the simples stand just pops out of the bag ready to go.

It's not cotton and definitely not soft.
I've noticed that it looks so much like the Heingra, the main differences being the rifle, shield, backpack as well as the back of its head and colour. I'm hoping to see some customs like I've seen with the Lfrith to replicate the Pre Production Type or even an official model kit later down the line, unlikely but here's hoping.
I've wanted this kit ever since it got announced.
Wfm is the only series where i bought the grunts first before the main gundam

Thanks for all of your great videos...super helpful for someone new to Gunpla (me!). The Heindree Sturm is my 5th build and everything was fine until I started posing it. The ball joint where the abs plug into the torso keeps popping out of the joint, preventing secure posing. Any thoughts on a remedy? Otherwise, this model is a great value and looks amazing. Thanks again!
Yeah, I've used Figma or Nendoroid stands for some of my HG and RG kits. They are so nice. Bandai's stands do the job, but they are way too thick and visible for smaller kits like 1/144 scale.

Hey Mecha, are you gonna take a look at the Kyoukai Senki Multi Joint Frame weapon set? For a "Weapon Set" it's damned near an entire mecha kit on its own, lacking only its own torso part, and looks super interesting.
Grading system has been thrown out whack by the Witch from Mercury kits, all these Platinum are becoming the standard

I like this design but I think I like the original Heindree more. I've got a different question for you, do you like to panel line on the runner or after builidng? Also, drill out that barrel! :)
I agree the original was more cohesive and unique, this just slaps some guns on it, looks very typical.
Really liked how the round elements and tapered shapes the original design looked. The green also worked surprisingly well with the purple and made it look very non gundam, pretty cool mecha
How are the Pour Type Gundam Markers? I've heard that they can cause the plastic to become brittle and crack. Has anyone noticed this with any of your model kits?
That's mainly an issue on ABS plastic, tends to be used for the inner frame or joints. The runner will say if it's ABS. Sometimes it cracks polystyrene if you leave a puddle of panel liner for a while

Hey, do you have any recommendations for hg gunpla with the standard backpack adapter? I want a backpack with a lot of cannons.
When in doubt, go for simple!
The RX-78-02 will be a good starting point I believe.
And if you have any 30 Minute Missions kits, find the one with the backpack with the most pegs and holes on it(Foresteri being the most ideal right now), and go ham!

So im hoping to do a kitbash with this as the base for the build. I do have a question if you see this.
Can you remove the beam saber holder bit? And if so do you think the rocket launcher from the Zowort heavy would be able to connect in instead?
It looks like the beam saber holder is already on the pack piece but it shouldn't be difficult to just snip it off and use a pin vice to drill a hole to put the rocket launcher peg in. You might have to fill where you cut off the saber holder with some putty or use a piece of pla-plate and then just drill through it. The peg for the launcher might be the same as the peg for the Zowort's launcher so you can just do that unless you wanted the beam cannon and launcher.
@@3xasfast811 yeah if it is molded on i think ill swap it for the backpack unit on the demi trainer. that has two holes in it by default. Ill get the heindree sturm since even if i cant do my kitbash i love the way the normal one looks, then test it with the demi ive already got. if it works then ill get the gundvola and zowort heavy and pull the other pieces i had in mind
