  • The myofascial sling Superficial Back Line connects the soles of your feet, your calve muscles, your hamstrings, your spine extensors and the fascia across your head. By playing around with plantar and dorsal flexion of your feet in a spine stretch position, you experience this fascial connection clearly.

Fantastic video. Thanks. Fasciae stretches I think will be the final key in my rehab and escape from 15 years of brutal chronic pain.

I felt the top part of my feet to be very tight when I flexed them forward. What could that mean?

Hi, I was wondering: do you recommend to do this stretch every day? And if so, for how long? I'm looking for videos on a mild fascia stetch that I can do each morning.

Just saw an another video that said to never stretch nerves. They never bend toes back and force you neck. This really hurt some.
Wanna release some fascia? Use racket ball or tennis ball and roll on it on the wall or floor.
Complete fascia release that works, you have to use compression.
    The fascia is sub dermal.
    Don’t stretch you nervous system
