Do this to fix Lumberjack PT 305 Feed roller or Belt slip issue. Simple fix!

    Bought My PT 305 mostly on the strength of your other video, ticked all my boxes and your review sealed the deal for me. Had the problem with the thicknesser nothing going though . Was all ready to send it back till i found this . Thankyou Gave you a mention in my setup video i just posted

    ace vid. been using mine today, first 2 days use, surface planing reclaimed pallet wood. will get the beds waxed up! Good music as well.

      Thanks Richard. Make sure to keep that bed waxed and those rollers clean otherwise you might still get some slip but that's par for the course with metal rollers. Keeping them clean seems to deal with any issues 👍🏼

    Maintenance of your tool is always important! Does this also mean that you should always un-tension that belt during non-use?

      Totally agree with you there. Yes, I always try to remember but you know what its like when your on a roll lol. I always would as much as you can!

      @@TheNaturalWorkshop seems to have done the trick. I can even think back to when it started and the timber wasn't the nicest.

      Yeah its a funny one. The metal rollers work great with the harder woods but need a little more maintenance with softer more resinous woods.

      Hey, yes thats right. They found one out and sent it over as I was happy to give it ago changing it. It was fairly simple and only took around 5 minutes.
