My two cents: Contains pectin, useful for cleaning arteries. Thanks for the list of benefits. In the Caribbean we use it as a porridge. Grated or blended, cooked 15-20 minutes. Add coconut milk or dairy or soy milk, spices, sugar or honey to taste. Enjoy as breakfast cereal. Add favourite nuts or fruit, raisins dried cranbe- rries if available. Happy eating !! 👍😊🌴

You are very right. Either you make your own or you are very selective of those you buy. There was a time I was buying a lot from a particular lady. Since I was a regular customer I told her that I did not need much salt in it, so she reduces the salt for me. Although I like to make mine. Thanks for watching 🙏😀

Bananas make my daughter constipated..These plantains have a wonderful healthy make up I would love to introduce her too them but I would feel terrible if she gets constipation...is this a fruit that will cause harm to her bowels?
