Believe it or not it's a totally doable (and relatively easy) thing to do, at least for me, while sitting at a shooting bench. Just pull the bolt, case ejects, catch it mid-air reflexively. Spent casing tends to not be super hot, and an unspent round, being heavier, would probably eject at a slower exit speed and be even easier to catch. Dunno how easy it'd be to do while running through a bayou and ejecting mid-firefight, but eh.
I know Im asking the wrong place but does anyone know of a method to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly lost the account password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me
Your videos are always well done and you explain the strengths, weaknesses and strategies clearly and concisely. :) I am currently waiting to get Hunt myself and I hope to gain a bit of an edge watching these videos. Thanks for the good content.
I'm surprised you didn't mention you can flick the aperture sight down on the Winfield (untested on Nitro), which means you get the best of both worlds: A scope with some really decent zoom if you want to reach out and touch someone, and a nice straight sightline across the basic sights.
Aperture is a straight update IMO, you can toggle the sight with "X". So you have the default gun with iron sight and a lesser deadeye scope on one gun. I'm using it often and it saved my bacon multiple times.
If you press X (the button you switch ammo type with,) you can close down the aperture on every aperture gun except ofc the nitro. Just leaving this info here.
is the tier classification "official" because the nagant officer carbine being tier 3 (it wasn't in the tier 1 list) and lebel being tier 2 seems kinda odd. the level is nearly identical to the mosin which is tier 3 then. also didn't mention that the lebel marksman has its maximum efficiency with marksman scopesmith since only that will allow you to easy follow up your shots without going out of scope.
@@4FSGaming makes kinda sense to take the bloodline tier and apply it to the rifles but having just two tier 2 rifles is very odd. therefore tier 1 and 3 have the most options. that's strange. I would have probably taken the leben to tier 3 cause of the price and the nagant officer carbine to tier 2 for the same reason but what do I know
Never understood why the lebel is over 400$ base. Sure it’s good, but it’s not win every round of profit on 1 gun good. Even the Mosin doesn’t quite make it past that line.
@@4FSGaming there was a BUG with lebel i dont know did they fix it or not recently but when you constantly clicking aim and right there press R he will not lose bullet and youwill load another one on top of it
Sadly the Winfield has become close to useless since 1.0 as it's RoF was reduced. It was much better balanced and fun to use in 0.6, it was merely abit too cheap. With the new starting weapons such as Springfield Crytek really ought to give back the Winfield its 0.6 RoF as well and increase its price, that way it will be used and seen much more in matches again, something I feel the most iconic weapon of the era really deserves (much more so than something as obscure as the Nagant Carbine which sadly is currently a way better weapon). It really feels wrong that we don't ever see this famous lever action rifle in a Western set game.
@@4FSGaming Well the other weapons penetrate arms too, and the faster bullet velocity doesn't really change anything at the ranges its mostly used. Hence I find it very odd if you find it stronger, as the reduction in RoF, even with Iron Repeater perk, took away the Winnies biggest strength. Hence why you almost never see it in matches anymore, it's simply not worth the cost vs for example a Vetterli or Nagant Carbine.
@@goodguyjames1724 the Springfield horrible. Its damage drop off is HORRENDUS. The martinis an excelent cheap gun. Its only issue is velocity. But its about the same as the karabiner so its not horrible.
Not really, it's a nice perk but the damage buff that came with 1.3 is much more relevant. Unless you are at point blank range it is still more reliable to just 2 tap the chest in sights than to use levering.
I think it's really stupid to pad out the amount of guns in Hunt by just slightly modifying each gun. There are so many guns that should be in this game but aren't. Like where tf are the Winchester 92, 94 and 95!?
@@maxp2100 No, that doesn't answer my question, in fact it raises many more. Why are the Nagant 1895, Mauser C96, a Browning Auto-5 in the game if it takes place in 1890? 95 makes a little more sense, and the Mosin was 1891.
@@feraligatorade99 Wow yes, you are right. Someone told me once it was 1890 and i never questioned it, but i guess your arguments are pretty convincing ^^ My guess is that a winchester with bigger bullets (medium or long ammo) is just to strong and/or doesn't fit the winfields niche (close range, fast firing) in game.
@@feraligatorade99 I just checked and someone even suggested 1915 - 16 because the automosin looks like a huot automatic rifle but you might be right with mid - late 1890s
You went too easy on talons. In my experience, they are the worst possible thing that can happen to your gun. A KNIFE has a longer melee range than a taloned weapon. Unlike knife you most probably will not one-shot a full health hunter because the arc is too fucken hard to predict and aim with. The talon adds recoil to your shots which takes away one of few 1873's advantages. In other words, if not for the skin, talon win-1873 is an utter shit.
Pay to win bruh wtf. Other than legendaries there is legit no way to pay real money to get weapons, and it's not pay to win if you are buying with ingame currency.
omg i've never had bulletgrubber so im laughing at the fact the character just decides to reach out and catch the unspent cartridge
well it is accurate to it's perk art and name lmao.
I love that perk its so cool .

20% off on hunt right now my dude, till the 7th i believe xD

Depends who is behind the gun

You couldn't do that when this video was released, the aperture toggle is a relatively recent addition.
Heck yeah 4FS! Glad to see ya'll back again and droppin' that sweet sweet knowledge.
Hey did you know that you can lower the aperture sight on the Winfield it's kinda useful

Using the button that allows you to switch between modes in the Lee mat you can take down the aperture sight

can you do a full review of the officer carbine? Loved by few hard to unlock but sooo much fun.

one nice thing about lebel is that it's good to use even without traits. iron sharpshooter is not that important or bulletgrubber
Idk if it's just me, but I really like the Lebel iron sights.
The sights kill me
I actually like Winfield aperture
