Hello or Bonjour 😜I found the tolls really expensive down through France to Spain so came back no tolls and I reckon it saved me at least £250+ and fuel as well because on the toll roads you're legging it and on the no tolls you're taking up steady and taking in the scenery. I also had the fast tags which didn't work all the time and being on my own it was a comedy film on its own as I had to get Iver the passenger side and press the button and talk in my best Del boy French 🤣Ahh what a nightmare when something goes wrong, some 🤬🤬knocked my wheel arch off in the way home at the services and I was only 45 minutes from home after doing 7000 miles without a scratch 😡it's all sent to try us. Have a fantastic time ❤
Hi yes we are trying to avoid tolls as much as possible like you say bloody expensive yes we agree if something goes wrong it’s a nightmare 7000 miles and then to do that’s unbelievable 👍

Hi Rob & Lynn, on your way back there are a couple of Beaux Villages we would recommend visiting. All have aires (camper contact or Park4night) Rochefort-en-Terre and Dinan. Both have lots of history, cobbled streets and Cafes/Restaurants etc.
Also, we found the none toll roads took you through some beautiful villages. We can’t wait to return in May 😊

There's a reason why france is the most visited country in the world its because its awesome, we haven't been for nearly 3 years but are going for a month in June its looking fantastic even though its still a bit cool, it's only going to get better going forward and further south, great that your with company, have a brill time and keep the videos coming 😀

We have the slightly older version (2019 Swift Bessacarr 599, same van different name) of your van and had the same problem we ripped the fresh water drain valve off the floor twice. It’s in a stupid position half way between the front and rear wheels and at the lowest point on the van. So the slightest lump in the ground between the front and rear wheels and it grounds out. So I’ve moved it, the valve is now tucked up beside the chassis further back and the exit is beside the waste water outlet. I put the valve as far back as I could with the length of cable, but I’m going to extend it and put the fresh water valve next to the waste water valve. That way they are just behind the rear wheel and will have plenty of ground clearance.

I’ve just watched this on our new oiled lg tv and this is unbelievable, you must see it the quality is stunning, never thought rob was as handsome, it is absolutely great.
We were going to belvoir in may but our local landlord has bought a farm near there so going to his for four nights as long as we take him some real ale.

Hi Lynn & Rob in France, rob it sounds like like you need stabilisers on your scooter as well as Lynn that I mentioned a while ago,then you would not have fell of with your friend ,heyhoe sounds like your having fun though which is what it's about. I wont ever drive abroad unless they guarantee they drive on the left definitly my cup of tea ,I will stay in UK maybe meet you both in future some time.Happy bloody holidays you cant wack it.p.s stay safe & have a superliciouse time.

Easily done deleting footage, I once deleted all my footage from the NEC Show. I did manage to recover it after I'd made most of the videos, fortunately.
I was gutted Bob, as you know so well the amount of time you put in, it was all ready to upload, and as I delete everything to start a new vlog, all the clips and the actual vlog went, but I won’t do it again, lesson learnt

Invest in a separate hard drive & use Time Machine if you’re editing with your Mac & you can recover your deleted files if it happens again

Hi Lynn had a look on my ipad how to recover videos ,open photos top left where it says photos scroll down to utilities click on in utilities click on recently deleted your video should be there click on video to open bottom right click recover and it will put it back into your album hope this helps you if it works give us a shout out all the best steve @dawn👍
Tom Tom 6250 is the best Sat Nav to have it is for Car Van Camper Bus and Truck input Measurements speed ect it has live Traffic and Camera also but when in France the Cameras get automatically turned off as its illegal to hv cameras on . It will reroute u around traffic also choose to go via Tolls or not
The garmin one is the same regarding the input, but I think ours likes to go the scenic route sometimes 🤣🤣
