Hi, but even if I connect it to the computer, it doesn't see it, it wants to connect via bluetooth. You simply can't update it, it's horrible
turn off the bluetooth device it is connected to OR unpair it frm the bluetooth device.
Unpairing is normally in settings > bluetooth then forget device.
If you hold that button down and connect the cable to the PC, it should not try to connect via bluetooth to any other device as far as i am aware.
I got my matrix last week and I cannot configure it for the life of me. I use a ps5 controller and console and most of the configuration videos are for pc. I will keep trying until I get the anti recoil because I have been spending hours trying to configure it .

For ps5 you gotta connect the xim matrix to a lan a controller doesn’t work for that
@@BloodyNicx I have the matrix connected to my router and I am using remote play to use the controller wirelessly. Each game has a button configuration to activate the anti recoil and there are no videos for black ops 4 button assignment
How do I connect it on PS5 with the Ethernet cable. I have am Wifi ampliffiere and that’s connected to the PS5.

Ideally you should.
You can use the PS5 over WiFi.
But have the BeLoader on Ethernet.
it’s saying isn’t not connected to pc but it’s showing blue light

If you do not update the app then you "MIGHT" be fine. I am not sure at all.
My logic is that if the app the xim are on the same version you should be good.

I just wanna use my mic while using XIM matrix can’t use my mic because it hooks up to remote play and mic automatically gets muted dumbest thing ever
I can assure you that there is a fix incoming for this very issue on PS5. That is all I can say.
U should just go to mic and press remote play then switch to headset

Download the pc application.
Connect it using a usb.
Run the program.
Backup your configs.
Click update.
