Sorry to hear that. It is a very tiny program, maybe you can borrow a friend's PC for a few minutes to do it. Once it is done then you can do everything else from your mobile device.
Can I add u on discord or anything to ask u questions about this? I Jus got a xim matrix and I can’t get it to work on my ps5, I’m so used to my xim apex and I’m not sure if that will work on ps5 either but a have both

My flash tool keeps (not responding) every time I hit Update and I cannot seem to get it to update for the life of me because of it

It’s very hard to understand and set up. I wish there was more comprehensive guides on it. I hate how floaty the mouse feels.

Mine is solid blue but when I click update or backup it says failed to connect make sure light is blue help???
Try reconnecting again and wait a little longer when holding the button.
I have never really had that issue so I am not sure.
plug your ximninto a different usb and it will work!

Thought the point of a xim was to let me play on ps5 not pc
It does let you play on PS5 "and" on other consoles/systems.

I think you will have to have the same version of the app AND the xim.
if the app has been updted that might be the issue.
