I never got the hate on Rogan as a comedian. I do think his comedy is more thought provoking than funny in some ways but Rogan has done a lot for that scene and I enjoyed all the sets he put out. When I was a kid he brought a lot of perspectives to life I hadn't thought of before and he did it through humor.
Imagine if Joe Rogan auditioned for the part of Joey in Friends.
Different guy? No shit
Don't forget Joe had an acting career. Full time on News Radio and a character actor or various sitcoms...oh and in Here Comes the Boom (which I have never seen)
imagine being the guy responsible for deciding to back carlos and losing Joe and louis ck from the agency. i need to know what the guy is doing now,
Hahaha right. I guess hindsight is 20/20
Louis and JRE are the same age.... That's my motivation for taking care of myself!
“He’s not as handsome…he’s like a cousin of a bookie handsome”
Chad Rogan in the thumbnail wtf
I don't know about other things but as per the modern era, Louis C.K. is the goat. He's just a comedic genius
3:18 I have learned that is the way you have to live life, it is the key to self-respect. Question and test your own beliefs ruthlessly and do your best to destroy them - and if a belief holds up anyway, live by it no matter where it takes you, good or bad, and don't look back. In the long run, you probably will come out fine anyway and more importantly you will have your integrity and the right amount of self-confidence.
So we’re allowed to like Louis C.K. again, he isn’t cancelled anymore? Was there an announcement?
You could make the case that Joe Rogan will go down in history as the King of podcasts.
Its nice of him to flatter Joe by pretending his standup has ever been good.
This is badass. Nothin but love here
Cousin of a bookie handsome
lol the way he added "hes still handsome"
Well...Joes doesnt need to worry about the handsome thing anymore ahah
Hair helps lol unless you're the Rock
I randomly watched an episode of Newsradio last night and spotted Rogan. Totally forgot he was on there - amazing show too!
Joe wishes he was in the same cosmos as Louie, stand-up wise.
To be fair, I don't think people disliking Joe's stand up had anything to with the way he looked...
The worst comedy I have ever seen.
Uh not at all, I thought it was clever.
But the way someone looks and sounds is make or break.
Never funny, the basic humour of a meathead
@@phoenixzappa7366 have you ever watch open mics? Brendan shuab? Bert krasher?
@@nmhjjp
I don't even consider those 2 morons to be comedy but fair point.
awesome how you got just Louis' head and hands to agree to an interview!
I don't think people understand how much of a pioneer Rogan is. He's probably one of the most genuine dudes in show biz. That Mencia thing was crazy and I'm glad Louis saw right through the bullshit politicking. Didn't know him and Rogan were represented by the same people. They lost two high profile, hyper profitable entertainers for one fraud.
My mother also grew up in Newton. I grew up in Brockton.
I remember Rogan on the Stern show and kinda forgot about him. Years later when he got big I genuinely didn’t know it was the same person😂 it’s not just the look, his whole persona was different.
People love shitting on Joe Rogan. I don't agree with everything he says, but he has interesting guests and topics and I absolutely agree he has insatiable curiosity.
My favorite part of this story is the beard dandruff on CK's chest
omg can't unsee it now
Thanks a lot….I was eating breffist.
That chuckle that Louis let off after he said "he's number one" Tells you everything you need to know about how these performers REALLY think-Value-See the world**
The hilarity of the company that let Joe Rogan & Lewis CK walk for... Carlos Mencia 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💀
Louis CK America's perverted uncle after a stint in rehab and he came back next Thanksgiving cooler than ever.
Handsome and small enough not intimidate your grandma. A winning combination
Rogans stand up is pretty bad, Louis is on another level entirely. I'd go as far as to say that Rogan is closer to Schaub than he is to Louis
Ouch 😅
his comedy is good, not as good as ck's but still quite good. And I don't like most american comedians
The two options thing at the end is the funniest part of the video, lol
It’s awkward when comedians have to lie and pretend Joe’s stand up is funny
He’s good live
I thought that too until I watched his Netflix special. I was pleasantly surprised.
And that Joe is straight
Great show guys! Hey Kyle I know the chat is important ofr the live stream, but it would be better if you don't interrupt your guests whenever the chat says something, whether they are right or not. Cheers!
Props to Louie for not trashing Joe's standup, cuz let's be honest it wasn't great. The podcast is where his humor really shines through.
Hes not funny in the podcast neither
He's only as good as his guests
No one kills me on stage as Louis does. Fucking hilarious guy.
I wish they'd quit with this collective fiction that Joe Rogan is a stand-up comic.
"He's 'cousin of a bookie hamdsome'"
Theo has generated the most unique, off the wall, but true saying of anyone I have ever heard. I always imagine what kind of life he had to talk like that.
Reminds me of that Tim Burton movie with Ewan McGregor and Albert Finney where the Dad told these wild stories and the son didn't believe him but they were real.
The one that always sticks for me, and I can't even remember what the context was, but "He was just gone man, like a deaf jack russell terrier". He's incredible at flavoring his stories
@@kreg27 he was talking about Eddie bravo going off about conspiracies ahahha I never forget that one
@@thesongoflunch thanks for the reminder. A perfect way to describe Eddie
All his comments about Rohan being a younger guy. He’s literally a month older than Louis 😂
I think it's more "younger in comedy" than actually younger. That is funny though.
no he is a motnh older than ck
Who is "Rohan"?
@@jamesbasham5439 you don't know Jergen Rohan? He runs the biggest podcast in the world. Commentates UFC fights
@@jamesbasham5439 You never saw/read Lord of the Rings?
Theo, I think you're really funny on Joes podcast so I searched for you and found your channel. Subbed.
