- FIRST LOOK: The Super Bee name is back and Dodge want to perfect the Charger for the drag strip. Under the hood is a 6.4L V8 that pumps up 485HP & mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. I had a 1968 dodge coronet hemi super B and I loved it sold it to a friend whose dad bought it for him to bring to college it didn’t last a couple of days it was stolen and stripped completely it was a total loss.
I would paint a Coronet Matte RED Or any Dodge !!! That would be hardHARDHARD🐝
I had a 68 Coronet R/T 440 and I loved it. I regret ever selling that car. Those little round marker lamps looked so good. I can’t imagine selling a 68 Hemi Super B. I would still be crying!

All the 'last call' units should've come with power seats for driver and passenger, especially for the prices they're asking.

For the Challenger it’s more inconvenient for a power passenger seat because of how you need to move it to get to the back seats, the Charger does have a passenger power seat, but if you ask me I wish there was a option to get it without any power or heated seats, they’re just extra weight for unnecessary things in a performance car
@@firedemon2166 I haven't had a power seat in years, and it works great for me--I see your point about the added weight and always having to move the passenger seat to get to the back seat. But--for many, that heated/cooled seat option just can't be given up.

Unfortunately most of the people that created the brotherhood of muscle won’t be able to afford these. Most will go to “collectors” and be flipped for profit (after paying exorbitant stealership markups).

By far the only “last call” edition car I’d actually buy but kinda sad they didint put a hellcat engine in it considering they teased a super stock charger a while ago! Either way imagine a manual charger with super stock suspension and tires👀 would be a dream car

A manual Charger 392 is what Id really want. My 2020 392 is my very first automatic. Its nice and fun but I miss my manuals.
Basically the jailbreaks are super stocks.
Different tires, wheels, brakes, suspension on SuperStock which is closer to the Demon.
So glad they brining this back brooo.. my fav color and fav trim.. best to ever do it

That’s exactly what I bought… I love it ❤❤❤❤here in Dallas Texas already put 220 miles every where I been so far most dudes drul over it… the drag mode it’s not programmed but track mode does the same thing… you have to drive it over at least 500 miles to get access to it

I’ve had several dodge products mostly challengers two had to three 392 in.³ hemi and the other two were hellcat and hellcat redeye three 392 in.³ was a snore it was fairly quick but after driving a hellcat redeye there’s no comparison.

Technically only 500 of these. The other 500 will be the B5 Blue narrow body with the 275 tires. That may be quicker, but then again, the Technology Group, sunroof and all the other non Drag options are kind of weird.
In the end, the markup on these is huge, if you even find them. Most are being tucked away in storage.

The Dealer markup is going to be insane on likely any Charger/Challenger for the final years of Hellcat/Scat Packs. I'm betting this car is going to be 70K+

The Superbee does not come with a Sunroof, this is just a SEMA car, however, the Swinger does come with a sunroof, also not sure if the Superbee comes with the REDEYE hood either. Again this a SEMA car they made a the last minute. Also, the Superbee will come with SRT black exhaust tips. Pricing is $68,895

Good info. Regarding sunroofs, dealers are all too happy to cut a hole in your perfectly good roof and install a sunroof for ~$1500. The only way to avoid it for most of these cars is to put in a custom order or request they leave it off a model you're interested in.
Alright Joe with this Charger I'm sure it drives like a superfly and stings like a bee! I'm impressed inside and out, but I wish Dodge would pay attention to little things like the exhausts and the horn button on their steering wheels. Bit overall it definitely rocks like a hurricane and I would say it's love at first STING. 😏

I hope Dodge has plans to let all of you guys and through you US to drive all these at some track event where you guys get to do vids and b roll tracking them all. A road test would be 😘 keep in mind these are special cars most of us will never see them and sure they are based on stock cars but they do have tweaks and I'm sure i speak for all of us here we would like to know those.

The Plum Crazy is just ridiculous (but in a good way) and this is a really good way to say goodbye to the Charger/Challenger after years of production. Since Dodge is shifting towards electrification, the Charger will most likely become an EV along with the Challenger.
You are going to see the worst mistake ever made by a car company. The vast majority of MOPAR fans do not want an EV. You will see company CEOs in shock about the abysmal sales. Jeep will see the same fate being they are following the same business model and they also have a hard core fan base.

Joe I was all set to drive 4 hours and order one at the lowest markup I could find (7k). Last minute went with the 2023 Challenger Hellcat at a 5k markup.

Best one by far from the 2023 Dodge lineup. Swap the interior with brown to give that peanut butter and jelly feel, add a power sunroof and take her for a spin

What’s the horsepower?
This would be a big win if they just bumped the power slightly. 15hp and even 10-15 torque. Otherwise this just a tricked out scat pack with cool tires, and a button. Just like ford gives slight power bumps on their bullets and Mach 1’s dodge should try the same. It’s a helpful selling point to accommodate the price increase
