Awesome man. Incase this ever happens to me. This happened years ago in my old 93 camaro. I got a 2002 ss right now with 19 thousand miles and replacing things gets expensive
It broke because the door switch bezel was prayed out from the plastic cover above the door handle, and by forcing on the mounting clips, the plastic broke. If you need to disassemble that part, instead of stupidly praying it out, just unscrew the plastic cover above the door handle, and gently push the clips from the inside, and the switch bezel will pop out without breaking.
Or easier way if u look at the window switch trim piece there is a tiny slot in the side to stick a screwdriver down in it and it pops the trim up piece of cake
Found out how to remove the side mirror adjuster from trim. You have to insert small flat head left and right side to release the tabs.
God bless you and all your decendants.
Man, I love repairs like this! Great job!!! Smart thinking👍
