I swear, big bore 2-strokes almost behave like 4-strokes. My old YZ 490 can rock climb and slow trail ride with my brothers 750Brute Force without loading up or stalling. I love the big bore 2-strokes, and, all the power you'll EVER need! nice bike man.
I own both a kx500 and a cr500. I keep both in tip top condition. I must say the Honda is easy to work on and more comfortable to ride. My kawie definately has more oomph, but nobody really needs the amount of power either produces. THAT is why they are both excellent choices. Both are excellent choices, just depends if you are red or green...lol
That front wheel should be staying off the ground. I rode a 500 and i couldn't keep the front wheel down. I was riding wheelies up to 5th gear. These things are torque monsters.
yes but when you let off or pull in the clutch it can go slack and slap around and jump off and slam your case ...iv had it happen all to many times now i tighten them up a bit before every ride just a smart thing to do

Really should be letting it warm up. 3 minutes at idle with small throttle blips after a minute or so then ease into it while riding for a minute or two. Easy 5 minute warm up that won't prematurely wear your cylinder.

that's because Kawasaki's FADE...try to watch a motocross race from like 1997 or 1998...all the Splitfire ProCircuit Kawasaki KX125's would be BALLS-OUT when the gate dropped, but by like lap 3 or 5, they'd faded back from like holeshot to 11th-Place.... Honda & Yamaha are the only Motocross bikes worth racing
i just dont like the fact that hes now wearing a helmet on that thing...im only 12 and i ride a 93 250r Honda wich is bad ass to me..but anyway..ppl wear helmets they save lives

My opinion is this kx is mint but not running at full pull or power. Or no rear knobb left.
