Work with people with Dementia. For 30 years I have known that music can touch even when all other skills are lost

Have you seen the movie called The Music never stopped. About a guy who completely loses one of his hemispheres. As long as the music he used to listen to when he was younger is playing. There's absolutely nothing wrong with. So true about dementia. When my mother plays her favourite music. She taps her foot. 🙂

People with Alzheimer’s and dementia forget many things but none lose their ability to play music and remember music/songs of their past.

Seems like they weren't allowed to show the live brain activity. They just had 3 black squares.
Any progress in this field since?

There is a device out of China that is being utilized and studied in classrooms. I forget the name of it, just Google keywords "China" "brainscan" "classroom" "Learning." That should get you some of the results. Thank you for sharing your phobia with us. 😇

She is not a scientist for God’s sake, not even a doctor or even a health professional. Please let a scientist talk about neuroscience.
