Okay, so just finished the video and it was fantastic! I would like to add some POSITIVE criticism. 1) The cameraman tends to tilt the camera when following you, this is easily fixable, by getting camera equipment to balance the movement of the cameraman/woman. 2) it seems like you know exactly what you want to say in your mind and you've already moved on to the next thing you want to say but your mouth is playing catch up and sometimes you end up muddling things up, not often, but it happens, maybe you can write up a short script or do like a mini rehearsal before doing your final edit. 3) in moments where light is an issue, whether over exposure of it, or a lack of it, use your B-roll to show what you want to show. 4) Build up to the main bedroom, for eg, start outside, go through the front door, then show main areas and then show other bedrooms and then move your way up to the main bedroom. In other words, have a starting point & an end point, in mansions like these the primary bedroom is often the crown jewel of the place so you would want to showcase that last. Maybe watch Enes Yilmazer's channel to get what i am saying, but something tells me you already do. Please keep in mind that these are just suggestions, you DON'T have to take them but i feel they will add more cohesion & produce a much more polished look. Also, be advised that i've only seen this video from this channel but i'll definitely subscribe to check out the rest. Again, fantastic work guys, really.

In terms of the different textures, maybe you could give us more on the kinds of woods. Would be interesting to hear what kind of woods a property of this value fetches.
Great content but just a few observations: The camera gimbal is not balanced, keeps tilting when taking corners (easy fix), also watch for reflections and mirrors, saw your camera man a few times (easy fix by walking through the shot first and checking), lastly make more use of B-Roll to show those finer details you talk about. Great work guys and looking forward to seeing more content.

Beautiful home: Bachelors dream, or holiday home for a couple who enjoys hosting people e.g for show and tell. I would not pay 65 million though even if I had it... for 65 million my neighbours should not be able to spot me take a bath... :-) Its a beauty...
Now this is what I’m talking about! Big space well utilised, with great flow and everything has a purpose. You can see the architect thought this house through. The kitchen is near the outdoor entertainment area, and all entertainment areas in one floor are near each other, working together, the bedrooms have maximum views, etc, it’s just perfect use of all that space. I was disappointed with Waterfall house, however, this is amazing.

Красота и правда нереальная. Вот только жить в этой красоте - тоже нереально. Вам же не показали качество строительства, где везде щели и все как попало подогнано. И еще не показали, что там такая холодина зимой, так как ветер дует с атлантики во все щели, что прогреть невозможно. А еще попробуйте заехать на этот уровень на авто по узкой крутой улочке каждый день. Из-за отключений электричества, лифтом не часто воспользуетесь, а подниматься в свою спальню на 5 этаж, та еще радость Ну, и как вы видите, жизнь с детьми в таком доме не предусмотрена. Если что, я жила в Кейптауне

Квартира была прекрасная в закрытом кондоминиуме с кафешкой на первом этаже и охраной 24 часа, напротив Waterfront. И в один прекрасный момент нас здорово обворовали, вынесли всё, мы ведь ничего не прятяли. Первый раз за всё время заграницей я материлась как сапожник никого не стесняясь. Но тем не менее красота города не померкла для меня, и таких красивых торговых центров я никогда не видела, кажется Century City до сих пор помню как что то невероятное. Единственное грустное понимание возникло ещё в 2007 - будущего для "белого" там нет, и это грустно. А там я увидела столько красивых белых (блондинок) и невероятным достоинством, необыкновенными мне показались. Наверное, мне там всё казалось необыкновенным :-)) но лично у меня остался грустный осадочек классово-цветной непремиримости, хотя все вокруг утверждали обратное. Но у меня свои ощущения так и остались.

a house sold in Cpt a few years back for R290M. The previous owner purchased 3 plots and built in the centre one. his reason for doing so was that he didn't want any neighbour's and he wanted unobstructed views of the ocean. for 290 bar he threw in a Porsche and an Aston Martin "to sweeten the deal". a German couple bought the home as their holiday home.. probably to use ot for just a few weeks in the year. Shame.. we should club in and help these poor peeps.

Private security for this pad costs a fortune; Good luck with the heating walls too; especially considering there's a problem with the electricity supply! Winters are a bitch in the Cape, so, it's a big NO from me;
R65M, im sure the potencial client pool is basically a Pond and, this will be on the market for a long time. For this amount, privacy is non-negotiable but, for those multi-level views i can sacrifice. Great content, id love to see many more properties all over the country like this.

a house sold in Cpt a few years back for R290M. The previous owner purchased 3 plots and built in the centre one. his reason for doing so was that he didn't want any neighbour's and he wanted unobstructed views of the ocean. for 290 bar he threw in a Porsche and an Aston Martin "to sweeten the deal". a German couple bought the home as their holiday home.. probably to use ot for just a few weeks in the year. Shame.. we should club in and help these poor peeps.
