This tour was well worth the wait. That was an amazing property. I'm glad you and your team got to tour it. It was a bit hard to see in the live walk-through though.....😔
Maybe touring at a different time in the day when the sun is behind the house, or a camera with a faster automatic exposure adjustment will help with the light transitions.

Yes, definitely one of the most beautiful homes in Clifton! I dubbed it the "floating house" - when you sit on the expansive pool deck, looking over the Atlantic, it feels like the house is floating. Magnificent property!

Your camera man needs to stop focusing on you so much and start paying attention to what you’re describing and then show what you’re talking about. For example, right in the beginning when you said you love that tree to your right and the height of the building, he neither showed the tree nor the building.

What's with that huge "feature" monstrosity at the pool overpowering the view?
Too corporate. Nothing timeless about this. In a few years this will be yesterday's kitsch.
Love the kitchen, home office and the views though... without the ugly extended ceiling (top balcony's floor overhanging so far out and that metal "feature" monstrosity at the pool ruining the views.
Let's be honest, it's not worth the price and definitely reminiscent to a corporate office block.
