The main bedroom was a bit underwhelming, I don't know if it was the furnishings in the bedroom that threw me off, but the apartment as a whole is gorgeous.
A ground floor by definition means it’s on ground level. That means street level. As this is a high floor “penthouse” there’s no ground floor in this apartment. If it’s a duplex apartment, the lower floor is referred to as either “the lower floor” or “the first floor” great views 👀

Views are great, but the bedrooms are very small. It’s cookie cutter construction with all the charm of an office complex. You give great tours, but I’m not in love with that space at all 🤭
