Dell G15 (5515) Brightness Controls Working Again! New Bios, AMD, and Nvidia Drivers

I didn't think it would happen, but the brightness controls on my laptop has started working again with the latest updates.
Not really sure if it was the bios or the drivers or a combination of them, but here's a video on what I did to make it work.
Basically I installed the bios first, then the Nvidia driver, restarted, then installed the AMD driver. Restarted again and then the brightness controls were working!
