Great video! Any insights on how safe this device is in hot summers ? I'm a bit concerned about the lithium ion battery catching fire in extreme temperatures ?

Ah good question, while I have not experienced issues with it, the system is rated up to 149°F However like all lithium batteries, I think subjecting the battery to extended periods of extreme heat will degrade it (if mine ever develops a heat induced issue, I will update this comment for you) And I have more Backup Cameras reviews on my channel in the playlist "Backup Cameras Reviews" including some that do not have a built in battery, if you like to compare them. Where can I put the Camera I had it on top on top of my Tag but it's Blocking My Truck button and I Don't see a truck button inside my truck to open it?,

I bought this unit but don't want to have the cable running to my cigarette lighter inside the cabin of my 2003 mercedes 240C. is there a way of wiring it to a switched fuse to power the unit only when the car is running? I already tried cuting the lighter adapter off and runing it to a fuse block inside the car but all the fuses had constant power and the

How does this system work for perpendicular parking in the front?

Hi Sean! This is a different product from the TW1 in the sense that the Solar1Pro is aimed at the entry level market for a wireless back up system. Hi Ricardo! No that I know of but what people usually do when they don't want to tie up the cigarette lighter port, is the have the screen hardwire to the vehicle.
