Very very elegant.. so it means..the plot belongs to owner and you only constructed from base and everything included in 55 lakhs? Tiles, kitchen, windows, bathroom fixtures, floors..I mean it looks not so expensive if you make a such a big house..there must be some hidden or separate costs? also if you like to have more clients, just add everything, so no one has to ask separately..would be easy for you guys too!

It's just a marketing gimmick, they don't want to clarify scope. Anyone can do just structural construction in 55 lakh for 2500 sqft

55 lakh cost of all the material and labour . The plot of land was already owned by the client

Guys relax 55 lakh is only construction cost ( cost of land not included ) .

Plse don't build houses in bangalore with a 1,200 sft plot. You will not get enough floor plate space with a standard setback of atleast 2ft all around. From that perspective, a flat makes a lot of sense you get, light ventilation and view and maintenance due to gated community

The house is beautiful, I loved everything except the exterior, for some reason it looks cheap. It seems the architect might also be a poet, trying to infuse their artistic expression into the design... Great Work!!
