Another awesome video; thanks, Paul! I'm glad you addressed the "speed takes up space" principle because there are several RUclipsrs that preach MORE speed and greater lean and describe "pushing" and/or "forcing" the bike downward to achieve greater lean. Well, that's contrary to what you teach, as well as what Yamaha Champion Riders School teaches (Radius = MPH), which is another way of saying exactly what you're saying. Point is, I appreciate you showing a much more challenging version of the Slow Cone Weave, because you prove that it can be done, even by mere mortals, like we your viewers. As always, your mastery of keeping things simple is on-point! Thanks again! ✌🤘

Nice job Paul Robert uses the tall cones for this so you end up going real slow

Wow, you have to go way slower at 9ft. I've always practiced at 12ft. Next time i go out, im gonna practice this. Great video brother!

Can you go over how it’s done with taller cones? 1ft or 2.5ft

I just put out a video yesterday doing it with taller cones. Nothing changes a far a technique but you have to reduce your speed even more. Here is the link

Hey, I had a skills test where the cones were placed 6 feet apart horizontally as well as 6-10 feet apart in length. It was a wider weave for slow maneuvers. Is that normal for a beginner skill test? this is california btw

We have a similar exercise like that in Tx. the cones are 6 ft apart horizontally but 20 ft in length. This exercise is not on the test though.
