I live in Switzerland and last winter I catered at an Indian wedding of a rich Family from Kerala India. It was the most amazing thing ever! After the ceremony was over and we stopped working, the cooks and workers invited me to eat with them. The food was insanly good and the people were the nicest!!
that's why we should all find what is good for us and what makes us happy then go off and do it... as long as it is something good and that it will also make others happy to join it with. Waste of time to do the career our parents say and force us to do when we don't even really like it.
diddlydooha yea I agree on that we should always do what makes us happy but nevertheless I would always consider my parents opinion on my future job or whatever because they would never want something bad for us, but they are human beings with mistakes so one can find compromises 😁

Not everybody can cook at that scale. Usually, mass prepared food often lose their quality. But if that food is as delicious as it looks, then you can be sure that the chef is a legend. 😎
L Nicolas practice makes perfect. They are doing this kind of preparation for 100s to 1000s of guests on daily basis. Also they gained knowledge from their predecessors and continuing.. most funny thing is that most of those chefs may not have studied in a catering college .. experience and skill

I agree, India’s education system is very well regarded. I see many successful engineers, doctors, programmers coming from India to work in the US. You do have to wonder why this doesn’t translate to a more successful home nation though?

There is plenty of corruption in the US to go around, but the highly educated doctors, engineers etc are very well compensated. Our doctors, including many that came from India are the highest paid in the world. While you may agree or disagree with the ethics of how this works, the highly educated and successful run this nation from behind the scenes. Just surprised you don’t see those highly educated in India do the same.
