    Sorry to hear about your fall Kal it must've been a nasty shock. The mobility aid sounds like a g idea. Don't care what others think - as you said, isn't their business anyway and I'm sure people will be supportive

    Unsolicited product recommendation, feel freento ignore:
    for outdoor walking hiking poles/ski poles might be helpful for you. I have a family member with progressing balance problems and skipoles have been huge for her. You can use just one like a cane, but you can also use them symmetrically as a pair

      Thanks for the suggestion! I've always been curious as to whether hiking poles would be a good fit for me. I definitely think they could be worth looking into, especially with walking on uneven ground. Do you have any advice for what to look for in a pole? I appreciate the comment :)
