- In this video I am showing the location of the orfice tube on this 2005 ford taurus, it's under the over flow tank on the high side line which is under the low side line. part 1
Very informative
thanks
Excellent video. I'm going to be changing my accumulator hose, AC compressor, and the orifice filter in about a week. This video was VERY helpful. I didn't know where the orifice filter was located until I saw this. Thanks. BTW. If you need to change your PCV valve, I have a video that shows how to do that. Easy Peazy.
Thanks. Trump is coming back.
@@diversity2739 I took a look at this video again, and I had to watch it twice because you did everything well, until you installed the orifice tube in backwards. I didn't see that the first time I watched. I'm going to be changing the compressor, accumulator assembly, and the orifice tube starting tomorrow morning. It's supposed to be 114 degrees next week.
@@realjaxon ya. I know. Sorry about that. I thought l type that in. ya l was able to pull it out. Thanks.
Who's the clown that said that this was in excellent video are you freaking kidding me this was like watching some retard try to put a puzzle together. These people are like defective at birth and they shouldn't even work on a bicycle not alone make a video showing how to do things backwards this guy was a complete and utter moron. I don't know how he managed to put that in backwards and why did this video take 15 minutes. We know why it's because look at the type of person doing it
Where is the orifice tube located?
I got turned around, you disconnected a bunch of stuff.
It's under the antifreeze tank: side the a/c line

Thanks for the reply,
Do you think it's necessary to empty the freon to replace this part?
@@osvaldoesquivel5633 yes.
Notice he put in in backwards
Ya. I noticed that, before l reassemble.
i think he made the same mistake I did...putting tube in backwards
Will be fixing this soon. Thanks.
Welcome

Welcome Shaun
I feel like flushing the system might have been a good idea consideeing the junk in the screen.
@@hightttech l here you man. that was crazy.
your're putting it in backwards
Ya, l fought it before l reassemble.
You installed the tube backwards. Long end faces the condenser short end faces the evaporator.
