the one more thing that makes him soo hard to stop is his playmaking ability, because you cant really double team him or have too many man protect him from a drive because he will just pass and find an open man. he have such wide skillset and iq that it is really scary. only thing stopping him from making mavs championship contender is porzingins

Like Harden often travels with his stepback (I know what a gather step is but some of them were absolutely travels and most of them were at least close), but there's no arguing Luka travels at all with his stepback.
Personally I think Harden's and Luka's stepback are the same, Harden's is faster which is why it looks like a travel even though it's not (Sometimes it is), while Luka's is slower but creates more space
