I love this! I just may leave the US to move there, but I noticed 2 things and 1 if them are very important. No Refridgerator and No Bath Tube

Some of them are in their early stages of development which means they haven’t even come up with those charges that’s why I don’t talk about them. But huku sio expensive.

I honestly dont understand how someone can dish out 14million to live in such proximity to your neighbours. The houses are very beautiful and seem well built but the neighbours are just too much in your face for me to part with 14 million. Defination of a slum is a squalid and overcrowded urban street or district inhabited by very poor people. This is a slum setting with beautiful houses.

I'm jus from watching the GTC video and I'm thinking value for money. That house is 50M and this one is almost quater way the price yet you get much more space. Honestly, if I was a millionaire I'd go for this one. Yes GTC has some crazy views but I don't think that's reason enough to buy it...

I think they've done a better job of childproofing the staircase railing on this than some of the more expensive houses. How are you supposed to have adolescent children in the Tigoni white house for instance.

I am looking for extra large rooms with open kitchens …. foyer….at least 300 m …. I don’t like glass doors & swimming pool 20 x 25 …. Outdoor grills near pool for bar b que.Large terrace off master bedroom ….. several fire places .at least an acre of land the house sits on…the houses you are showing are niece but I would buy a couple of them for investment purposes & for my family…I live in NewYork so I like a lot of space…I plan to visit there & I am looking to relocate November or December 2023

Those apartments/ condos look cool but are much to close together to be considered a home. Also, normal neighborhoods homes don't all look exactly the same and all lined up like apartments. I guess out there people don't want any land.
