You have really championed the Pension plan details and more importantly how you present it , this presenting method really makes difference in people's lives. I am highly obliged as I followed you and secured my retirement portion with Annuity -- Kudos to you. It is not wise to compare against other schemes , people need to understand what is the fundamental of pension/annuity is , it is guaranteed amount . To make it very simple this is the only contract document with a company where amount in Indian rupees is clearly written that this much amount one is going to get. I am writing this specifically as I see several comments on percentage return. It clearly says it is 100% guaranteed return with specified amount. only pitfall is if Govt. goes default then you are doomed.

Thank you for the knowledge share and the effort you put into making these videos. I need, one clarity, what is the guarantee that the companies won't default in paying the committed amount? I am asking this because like for Banks, only 5 lacs of your deposited amount is secured in case the bank goes into bankruptcy, similar thing could happen to Insurance companies as well, isn't it? You may advise going to court, but we know how much time Indian courts take and above all the persons opting for these schemes would be Senior Citizens.

I want to gift my daughter on her birthday for life, she is 35 years old.
Please compare and let me know the best immediate annuity plan for yearly payout for life (for my daughter) without return of capital (premium).
I will gift her the premium of Rs. 5 lakhs for immediate annuity plan and she will invest in her name so that the yearly payout will be paid to her on every birthday for life even when I am no more.
    Thanks in advance.
