11:15 is the base on the rotary supposed to be moving up and and down?

Hi! I found that it did all the time. I have not found a way to have it fixed on the base tray. However, the highest it ever goes is when I have my tumbler at the highest point when calculating the distance. The rotary base goes lower once the tumbler rotates away from the highest point. So, as long as the laser module doesn't hit the tumbler when it's positioned at the highest point, then it's good.
