Standard Operating Procedure for a one-sided flexible cosmetic repair on a bumper or other plastic part. For example, a shallow gouge or scratch. A strong, flexible repair can be done with 3M™ EZ Sand Multi-Purpose Flexible Adhesive. Don’t forget to use 3M™ Polyolefin Adhesion Promoter!

Depending on your compressor and/or pipe you may have contaminated air (rust particles, oil, etc.). Always good to have your air quality tested and adjust filtration as needed for body and paint departments.

Prime, sand, prime, sand, blend area with 2 coats of base paint, blend area with 2 coats of clear. Wet sand and polish once clear is cured.
