Who disliked this masterpiece?! You just can't dislike a mashup of Bergentrukung, Disbelief Papyrus, Heartache, and Megalovania! This is absolutely perfection! This is definitely one of your more emotional songs, and you did a great job at emulating that emotion with your voice. I think that _how_ you sing is crucial to any song; you could have a really emotional song and sing it normally, but it wouldn't be anywhere near as good as if you sang that song putting emphasis on the emotions in the lyrics.
This was amazing. The saddened yet still determined tone of the song really fits the idea of a battle with Asgore after killing nearly all of the underground. Excellent work as always Shy. Keep it up

Its been five years since the upload of this video and I only now listened to it. WOW, that took me WAY back. Hey Shy! Have you ever heard of Hope Of The Underground by Darkronaut music? It would be cool to do lyrics/vocals for, considering that you've only ever done one mashup-style piece that I can remember (Unless you count this song). You could combine the lyrics for your original versions of some of the songs (ex. Megalovania, Interstellar retribution, etc.), as well as create some new ones for the other songs you haven't done yet (ex. Power of NEO, Backbone, Final chance). I think it would actually be a really cool video that most people would like! Standing his ground, drawing his trident... This time, it's to protect whoever remains of his people, and even the humans above. The King stands firm. And the sentence... is death.
The thing is that there actually still is hope for Asgore and the dead monsters. In fact, I don't think many players realized this, but your genocide isn't as "permanent" as you may think. Why? Well, we know that any monster could take your soul after killing you and give it to Asgore. Asgore already has six souls, so he could absorb them all. Many people think that this would only help him destroy the barrier, but that isn't true. In the pacifist run, we get a good example of what a "seven soul god" is. Asriel didn't have seven human souls, but enough monster souls to nearly match one. And he was capable of eating timelines, telekinesis (as he holds you unable to move during the second phase), flight,… He had like so many powers. If Asgore had seven human souls, he'd turn into a literal god, and it's quite likely he could just revive all the monsters.

Hey Shy! Have you ever heard of Hope Of The Underground by Darkronaut music? It would be cool to do lyrics/vocals for, considering that you've only ever done one mashup-style piece that I can remember (Unless you count this song). You could combine the lyrics for your original versions of some of the songs (ex. Megalovania, Interstellar retribution, etc.), as well as create some new ones for the other songs you haven't done yet (ex. Power of NEO, Backbone, Final chance). I think it would actually be a really cool video that most people would like! Sorry if I missed something obvious in there, like you actually having done another mashup-style vid that I never saw or some other mistake like that.

The thing is that there actually still is hope for Asgore and the dead monsters. In fact, I don't think many players realized this, but your genocide isn't as "permanent" as you may think. Why? Well, we know that any monster could take your soul after killing you and give it to Asgore. Asgore already has six souls, so he could absorb them all. Many people think that this would only help him destroy the barrier, but that isn't true. In the pacifist run, we get a good example of what a "seven soul god" is. Asriel didn't have seven human souls, but enough monster souls to nearly match one. And he was capable of eating timelines, telekinesis (as he holds you unable to move during the second phase), flight,… He had like so many powers. If Asgore had seven human souls, he'd turn into a literal god, and it's quite likely he could just revive all the monsters.
He'd just learn what reset is, and do it.
