I think you and Matt at questioning scents are probably the two most interesting channels at the mo for me, you leave mainstream in the shadows which I like 👌👌
Totaly disagree , its a great scent , and it was 100 dollars when first came out . stay safe .
It's not hard to see why it was discontinued 😂 nah, I kid, it's all taste at the end of the day. Glad you enjoy it 👌

Hey Ben, just ordered that Exte, oh well, will give it a try anyway. A friend of mine who is well into the Middle Eastern fragrances reckons that Oud al Sayad is similar to Oud Mood from Lattafa but it’s a lot milder. Have you tried Oud Mood?
Ah okay, I've not tried it but it is very mellow once the initial few minutes pass! Cheers. JS exte may be your thing, who knows, for me it grated, but that could always just be me. For the price is definitely worth the punt! Hopefully you get on with it 🙃
JS Exte, smells great on my skin, performs well too, It is a steal at £8.68 on Amazon. In my opinion it is a big win win fragrance. Only has the note you mention in the first minute of spraying, after that it smells great. £8.68, no brainer.

Notes for the AAZ on Parfumo are (top) fruity notes, amber, bergamot, sandalwood, (mid) oud, violet, patchouli, chili, (base) amber, frankincense, vetiver, caramel, musk and vanilla. I find that UAE spin to be on most middle east clone releases too. Certainly not complaining because there are copies that I much prefer to the originals for one reason or another. As for the bottle design, just saw that Lattafa recently released a hilarious rip off of Initio's Oud for Greatness. The translation apparently means oud for glory too. 😂 Some of these clone brands, I tell ya.
Nowt better than a bargain
Ah cheapies! What kind of crazy do we all have but a desire to throw our money at an unknown? I guess it's the joy of victory and not the agony of defeat! It's absolutely thrilling to find a cheapie that is a winner! Anyway, there are worse things to spend our cash on.

I know, I really don't get the DHI comparisons, this is MUCH spicier, but then people compared Amouage black iris to DHI too. I reckon they just tack on to an iris note and call it a day or something 😂
