I just bought a scoreboard and the directions about making envelopes was so vague. This video is a tremendous help, yes, I can’t get over how easy it is. Thank you!
I recently bought one of these as a large scoring board and it wasn’t till I got home that I realised it was also the envelope/box maker. So happy and so easy to use.
ugh...the instructions that came with my board were so obscure for the boxes and I've watched so many videos and tried using others "measurement calculators". This was so easy! Wish I would have found you sooner! Thank you! Do you have a video for custom sizes??
Thanks so much for showing us how to use this tool properly - I had one of these given to me a while ago but I haven't had a clue how to use it at all until now! Thanks once again for explaining it so clearly for us!
Thank you so much for this. I have a new scoreboard with the envelope guide though it's from a different company. I could not figure out how to make this process work but your video makes all clear. 👍🏻
Hi Lou. Thank you so much for this. I bought it a couple of years ago but just couldn't get my head around how to use it for box envelopes. My question is, how do we work out what size cardstock, where to score, etc, for box envelopes that aren't printed on the gadget? For example, how do I work out the measurements for a 5x7 card with just a depth of 5mm? Thanks 😊
Hi - I'll ask the team and see if we can help explain, yhe depth of the box would be the difference between the two scorelines, so to adjust that you can make the first score then measure from there.
Thank you for this video. I have a scoreboard with the envelope piece in the back and I could not figure out how to use it and not have the paper to slide easily. I never thought to put the piece in the middle of the score board. Your a genius!
I have four score boards and envelope makers but whenever I want to make an envelope I need to relearn. That tool looks so much less complicated and I haven’t checked the website yet but I bet it is probably cheaper too judging by the usual prices.
I’ve got one similar to this. It sounds complicated to use, but it’s actually very simple. It’s just very hard to describe how to use it! I’ve only made flat envelopes up until now, but feel confident I can make a box envelope- it really is that easy!
Best explanation yet. The other ones are upside down making yours even easier to understand! Thank you!

what a nice surprise!
Thanks Lou. I actually have that scoreboard but have never used the envelope making part! I will now after watching you and seeing how easy it is.😊
Thank you for such a clear explanation. Thanks to you I feel confident I'll be able to create envelopes and boxes with my scoring board now.
Thank you, fabulous tutorial. I have this product but have only used it for scoring. You have now inspired me 😊🤗
Have a score board with an envelope guide but didn’t know how to use it. Many thanks.

Wow. What a cool tool. I think I feel another order coming on. Thank you Lou for a great demonstration. Crafty Hugs - Dawn 🌅

Omg! I always wondered how to use that triangle thing. I never had he patience to figure it out! Lol😂
ha ha - i think that sometimes big lists of measurements put us off... Lou's explained it so clearly here
Hi hun does this make lather envelopes like 7 x 7 and 8 x 8 inches xx
What a fab video looks amazing I really struggle making envelopes. Can anyone tell me the smallest and biggest envelope this can make please? Xx

Thank you. Presumably if I want a 5mm gusset I would add 10mm extra onto the length and width of the cardstock needed to make a flat 5x7 envelope?

Just tried to make an envelope for a 6x6 inch card my envelope turned out 7 3/4 x just under 4 /34 no idea why?
As clear as mud in a bottle 😂
