If its The Punisher from the show, I think John Wick does win, but comic Punisher? Not in John Wick's dreams, The Punisher from the comics is a different animal, he took a point blank shotgun shot in the ribs, no armor, and kept standing and kept fighting, plus comic Punisher fought in Vietnam for 4 tours, so he has experience fighting an elusive enemy.
I still think Wick takes this. Punisher despite fighting higher level opponents has also lost to street level opponents so that argument isn’t sound in my opinion.
