    Nice video, excellent explanation.
What about soaking beans over night, or quick soaking in the pot ? Will reduce cooking time to half, but maybe the result turns out differently ?

I have actually tried Rajma for the first time, it was bad, although I soaked the beans overnight, I only cooked the beans for 30 mins I think, this time I will cook it for 1 hour....so lets see how it turns out!!!

how will the beans cook without soaking overnight...? will it not be slightly "kachcha" and hard? with this logic this non = soaking should work in Normal gas pressure cooker also..

Hi dear, my rajma were not done even after I followed everything exactly

    • @SandhyasKitchen

The rajma was undercooked after 1 hr of pressurecooking?
I would recommend pressure cooking for an additional 20 minutes and letting the pressure release naturally.
