British Indian here, and this recipe is SOOO gorgeous, we have it on regular rotation in our house. It's a family fav. Thank you so much for sharing 😊😊😊
My whole family loves all your recipes.. we always get delicious results.. thank you.. I love the way you explain and your recipes made me chef in my entire family 😄😊
I love cooking red beans. I just wanted to ask you a quick question? What happens if we don't add water to the curry after adding beans. I thought it looked wonderful and delicious without adding anything when you mashed the beans and tomato gravy. Does adding water and additional cooking make it even better?
I love the simplicity of the recipe. Every step is so precise and full of suggestions to give it a perfect consistency. Many have different recipes and add ons but I love how you put altogether easily and genuinely. The julienne cut green chili is the idea to be used for different recipes, viola!
Hello my dear talented Chef.. i tried this recipe of yours and turned out mind blowing 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾And also the steam rice tasted amazing and mouth watering 👌🏾👌🏾Keep Rocking Chef🥰❤
I made it. With the tomato and amchur it became sour. Also use fine chopped or paste of onions and tomato. I did boil the curry 15 mins like you suggested however the onions and tomato were not properly melted(galna) if you know what I mean.
Great recipe, just wondering how much kidney beans you’re adding? It says one cup in the recipe, is that one cup before they’re cooked or after? Is it an American cup?
Generally 1 cup is around 250 gram / ml. And the ingredients are measured raw (before cooking). If you are using canned red kidney beans, you might want to use a can of 200 gram for above recipe. I have tried both the canned ones and the raw ones by soaking method of overnight. The canned ones, generally gets cooked faster.
Recipe is too good..but varun think u have gone so speed while hosting the recipe be within very less tym the recipe has completed in a giffy.. infact I really missed ur slow ND beautiful conversation with us.. 😜🤗🤗
guys use half the chilli powder amount if you in ok with spicy, otherwise ur stomach gonna hurt and becomes uneatable. I tempered mine with coconut milk.......
Hi Your Recipes are superb but these are basically for everyone who wants to cook so it will be better if you keep the language simple and use layman words as this will help to reach more people.

Can I add the jeera, ginger and garlic before the onion?? Or does it ruin the taste??
You can but they might burn because onions take longer to cook

Tomato and onion ko pehle grind Karo phir masala aur Bhi acha banega
I have tried his version and it did turned our really well. You may want to cook onion and tomato for few more minutes to cook well and softer.
If we can't cook it in a pressure cooking, instead on the stove in a regular pot, then for how long to cook it for?
Same time but you might need more water. The pressure cooker doesnt let it evaporate, so doing it on a stove you gotta make sure it doesnt boil away
You can also use canned kidney beans
He has mentioned in recipe that if you can't cook in pressure cooker, you can cook it for 45 minutes approximately.
Great recipe, just wondering how much kidney beans you’re adding? It says one cup in the recipe, is that one cup before they’re cooked or after? Is it an American cup?
After they are cooked :)

Very tasty.
One of my favorite dishes .....yummm
If you add hot water instead of cold, into the cooked masalas and rajma, there will be no problem of rajma floating around, separated from the water.
its like an Indian Refried Beans
Thanks 👌👌
Thanks sir 🙏

How to get the recipe done with canned beans?
❤
kia ora, from New Zealand , if i dont have a pressure cooker?
You can boil them in a separate vessel until they are mushy and completely cooked. Will probably take a lot of time.
