All their bags are high quality bags! I was not aware they offered free embroidery! That is a game changer!! The tech in the legs blew my mind. They tapered it to get them to kick out faster!? 🤯 Huge fan of the full length dividers and balancing strap system. Plus, getting it customized at no charge. BOOM!

Absolutely love Vessel bags. Their quality and attention to detail is excellent. However, I'm shocked how often the range finder pocket is crooked, just as it is in this video. For a brand known for quality, they can't seem to make the bag with a straight pocket. Rather, it's always crooked and leaning to the side. Very strange.
I don't know how I got here but I like these bags. I want a bag that doesn't blast some company logo all over the side like I have now. I'm looking for a sleek design and functionality. I also respect the attention to detail here over some that I've seen. Add in the options to customize and it's a pretty slick system. Unsure of the cost at the moment but I bet they are not cheap. I wish the club organizer was available in all models as an add on.
I have been using the Player IV stand vessel bag, black in color for two years now. Six hole divider. I absolutely love the quality of this bag, attention to detail by the company is amazing.

Have the Plqyer III and my only gripe is that the plastic piece that holds the tension in the leg release-pullback system, has broken off once and is about to break again. I wish they used a more sturdy piece.

I ordered some leather headcovers many months ago. They were great which led me to order again. I ordered a green and a black leather headcovers. What reached me were both black leather headcovers. I sent them an email and received what I believe were AI responses telling to me go through a ‘return’ process. I am all the way in Manila. To return the wrong item would have cost me substantially more than what I paid for. I emailed them again and got more AI responses telling me that they will find out what happened. I responded but after that…no more response from them. The order was for two items. It was simple enough. Just be wary that should problems happen with your orders…it looks like a computer will respond to you and nothing will come out of a mistake that they made…not yours. I was a fan.

The little organizer is really cool. Unfortunately I play on my left hand and the rackets don't hold very well.
