    Oh wow. After two years of swings and clean and press, I happen to be starting the snatch in the reloaded program. And I’m surprised that I finally feel that I can do the snatch. And then here’s your video saying that it takes two years of swings and C&P to build up strength and skill for snatch. TRUTH! 🤯 I happen to be experiencing exactly that the week you drop this video. I’ll add this breakdown to my routine. Outstanding instruction as always!

    Can't wait to give this a shot. Recently undertaken a 1/2 kneeling press cycle after hearing Dan John's advocacy, and it's revelatory. Probably the best way to secure perfect form, and ensure equality of strength in both shoulders.

    I mean this with all due love and respect for the work you do and the programs you put together, but I hate you so much for these half kneeling exercises.
    I'm working through my 2nd and 3rd weights (light and heavy days) for the TGU program and I despise every half kneeling exercise. I know I need it, but son of a...

      I’ve had three knee surgeries after dislocating my knee in the circus and there’s a bunch of screws in hardware inside bolting my leg together so if I can, I like to put something under Denice my knee, so I’m not grinding it into asphalt. There’s only so much life in a rebuilt leg like this.
