Whatever Garrett turbo the Pulsar is modeled after it’s the same 1:1. I’m on a Garrett gtx2860r gen 2 hot side and cartridge paired with a Pulsar gtx2860r gen 2 t51r cold side and it fit exactly like my Garrett cold side
Without having a Garrett sitting in front of me I can’t say for sure. Put I’d assume materials/casting process on the housing would be different. Comp/exhaust wheels should be same material as garret. Labour being made in Asia would factor in the price as well. Normally I wouldn’t touch Chinese turbos but there is hundreds of these out there making big numbers and fast passes and lasting. So for me at the price point it’s a good turbo at a good price not everyone can fork out the money on a precision/Garrett/efr etc…. Especially where I’m based when there is high import taxes. If your considering one of these go for it you won’t be disappointed.
@@MB1Billion they are, people that say they aren’t have no idea what they are talking about, many many videos and posts of people who actually use these showing they are just as good as the real thing.
Very true these and a few other off brand but branded turbo’s are not worth the money! just buy a real one!or go properly cheap and do away with the name on the front cover altogether! maxspeedingrods and I turbos do ok and less than half the price of these, over 500hp for 2 years for a ceramic ball bearing billet wheel 35/82r off eBay $400 gen 1 spec but I no complain
@@Harry-qt5ez Borg Warner is often overlooked and $500 more than a copy turbo and more efficient than a ball bearing gen 2 Garrett! not sure about g series though? Someone might have a comparison to view or experience in real testing but it depends on what it’s being used for,I would have used the sxe but room was limited, pulsar was an option but I couldn’t justify spending $1200 on a knock off garrett! and especially couldn’t justify $2k plus for a real one, so at the power I’m making an eBay industrial turbos gtx35/82r with 11 blade extended tip billet compressor(the shiny one everywhere on eBay) it was a cheap option and could have 2 for the price of a pulsar and parts are interchangeable with Garrett unlike other knock offs and gets me down the 1/4 at 136mph in a 3.8 bombadore and 25000kms daily driving to date but I’d really rather people stop buying the knock off turbos I know it hypocritical but how many gen 1 Garrett 35/82 still roll off the shelf’s compared to current tech I figured they won’t miss this sale lol.
These turbos are amazing and have been documented many times to have exactly the same performance as real garrets, also you realize the difference is not 500 dollars right? Real garrets are 2500 dollars these are 900 that’s more than a 1500 dollar difference
Bardzo źle to wygląda moje turbo oryginalny garrett gt35r dbb na sucho po zakręceniu ośką kręci się bardzo długo. A tu 2-3 sekundy. Było szkłem dupy nie obcierać 💩 i kupić oryginał.
How is the longevity tho that my question
What is the compressor outlet size on the G35-900 version? Same as the actual Garrett G35-900?
Like for like sizing

What’s the difference between garret g35-1050 and this other rebranded?

Different exhaust wheel material thats it. Pulsar is the same as old gt series. Inonel 715 garrett is mar m turbine wheel takes slightly higher temps
3:28 does not seem to be very smooth running for a ball bearing.
You cannot tell anything about a ball bearing turbo without adding oil to the bearings.
Where are those Made?
China
@Rice is nice Thank You so much. I wonder if they are as good and Reliable as the Name Brand Turbos.

The Bearings are trash and warranty is trash, save 500 more you get the real thing, make more power, better balanced, lasts 6times longer.

Shit the 1050 I bought from garrett and the same one from this brand is 2k difference haha

500 more for the real thing? Try 3x the price, or 2000usd more lol
