00:02 cut the pipe according to the size of the picture
00:09 Stick the picture on the pipe with tape
00:19 thicken the 1.4mm drill shank using electrical tape or adhesive tape
00:36 carefully drill holes around the contour
00:48 thicken the 0.9 mm drill shank using electrical tape or adhesive tape
00:53 make holes on the face and fingers with a thin drill 0.9mm
01:01 cut the wings using Titanium Coat Carbide End Mill Engraving Bits
01:10 Make stars using the HOMEMADE DREMEL CUTTING DISC
01:20 Sand the cuts carefully - using sandpaper and a small file
01:33 sand the top and base by laying sandpaper on a smooth table
01:39 remove the line from the pipe using a utility knife
01:48 heat the wings with Heat Gun (Hot Air Gun) and bend the wings
02:01 cut the circle out of the board for the base
02:17 drill holes for wires
02:26 check that the wires pass through the holes
02:28 find a fixing method for your light bulb socket
02:40 degrease the surface with acetone solvent
02:45 priming and painting
02:58 final assembly
03:36 work complete
