[FINAL LEGACY RUN] - 5-Car Legacy Set on Orange Line “Legacy Express” to Bay Fair

on april 20, 2022, the legacy fleet ran for the very last time. after 52 years of service, the legacy fleet is finally fully retired. the western railway museum will house some cars! during this event, three sets were running due to the super high turnout! this was the first of the three sets - a 5-car set that ran to bay fair. the other two sets were full 10-car sets that ran to fremont, mirroring the original orange line route when BART first opened in 1972. thank you to a huge piece of bay area history! goodbye, legacy fleet!
