Hi mate. Big question. Just for octave up - this digitech or pitchfork? Which one has less latency and better tracking? Cheers.
Good question! In fact I got both. And there's a little difference between the Ricochet and Pitchfork, they are both doing a great job in one octave up. The reason I got both, is the fact that by powering on the Pitchfork works instantly, while the Ricochet must be turned on. That last thing is annoying in my case, to get into the back of my rack, everytime the rack get's power, to push the button.

Switching on digitech after power off, you mean to stomp on the pedal to activate it, or it has some power button that needs to be pressed on?
Yes, you have to stomp the pedal. No problem when it's in front of you, but my pedal lives in a rack. So everytime the power goes on I have to break my back to reach that pedal. With the Pitchfork you don't have that problem. It takes off where you left it.

Neo how do you like this compared to the bass whammy?
It's fun, small, and sounds the same as the Bass Whammy version II, without having the harmony setting though. .
