Is it possible to go to tunings like eb? Say if I were to just have one bass and I wanted to souly use this?

That's easier with the Whammy DT. There you can use the right side, and set it to eb for instance. It's a little fiddly doing that on this pedal.

@@neoland666 sounds good. Thank you. I have basses I can swap in between and retune to a half step and not worry too much about action changing drastically. Thanks for the help

Is the tracking good on this? Great video!

I never ever had any issues with the tracking on each of these Whammy's. But that could be me ofcourse. Try before you buy, but I can assure you, you won't be dissapointed.

Why not playing chords, when demonstrating the chords mode?

    • @neoland666

I'm Just like Status Quo, I only know 3 chords.... In this case I must have forgotten all 3 I'll guess.....😭

@@wasimoto_7540 I will make a video, comparing the classic and chord mode, playing a chord ofcourse.

@@neoland666 very cool! That'd be nice of you. I've been checking out pitch shifters for a long time now. Inspired by Reed Mathis and Janek Gwizdala I am looking for a good 1 or 2 octave up sound on my bass. It is really difficult and I don't wanna spend too much money. From my experience and research so far, EHXs Pitchfork and Slammi are the best polyphonic pitch shifters (I have the Slammi, check my videos). But they're still not perfect. Maybe a MIDI bass is the way to go....

@@wasimoto_7540 I pitch up my bass one Octave with a Whammy DT and that sounds pretty good. I do use a bunch of distortion though. Check out "WiPe band" on You Tube, there Im playing a sort of metal guitar with my bass and the Whammy DT.
